WHY "⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ (FIVE STARS!)"❓❗❓❗ Because they are consistently striving for "The Best" (not to be confused with the end-all-be-all best AT MARKETING of everything we are/do, NO, different attitude entirely) CONSISTENCY whether or not its for the food or for the customer service. There are few establishments that make this claim and even fewer that make the effort, even less that actually try to just consistently keep trying to have a good product. This Pizza Hut has, does and just keeps on consistently trying to show they care about their product and the Leadership to offer it and the Staff to, sell and service that product the best they can, care to, keep trying to and will do. Im coupon motivated so its always a toss up between the BEST and most expensive and what the Wife wants, when she is not around I go with Dominos, Papas or the $lut (I say that lovingly).: *Management here is PROFESSIONAL give respect and youll get respect.* 1. Milanos (Gaithersburg, MD) = 5 $tars *** SIMPLY THE BEST PIZZA PERIOD*** 2. PotomacPizza / Pizza $lut (Darnestown, MD) = 4 Stars minus 1 star for Value per dollar (V/$) - Paying for the name. 3. Papa John$/Domino$ (toss up) = 3 Stars -You get what you pay for, unpredictable delivery time and quality. Sometimes they will shock you with FAST and HOT but most times its slow and room temp. Either way I always tip $1 per item of course its tough to measure the ROI on this. Pick up: GO definitely with Milanos Gaithersburg or Giuseppis in Kentlands. ¡☮UT!

I walked in and ordered a large supreme pizza and told her special instructions to separate the mushroom and green pepper on different sides. She "understood" and took my order. I sat down waiting for about ten minutes and my pizza finally came out! I check it and its a pizza with JUST mushroom and green pepper... Shocked. I told the worker that I ordered SUPREME with mushroom and green pepper separated. She told me strongly that I did not mention the word "supreme"... Unbelievable. Her English was not perfect which I dont mind at all but to tell me Im the one whos wrong? And to not even apologize? I was and still am furious. She didnt even look me in the eye when she was telling me "have a nice day". It was very rude of her to not even say sorry and to tell me that I didnt say supreme when I know I did. I wish I could replay it for her! Im NEVER going back to that Pizza Hut (20878) ever again.

Just had the absolute worst pizza experience Ive had in many years. Pizza Hut near quince orchard. Ordered carry out and waited at least 15 minutes before I was even greeted let alone asked what I ordered. Saw my pizza sit there, they put it on top of the oven. Pizza was absolutely awful, paper thin (didnt order thin crust) falls apart, sticks to the bottom of the box when I try to pick it up, probably from sitting on top of the oven for 10 minutes. Will never go back, and will not order Pizza Hut for at long time.

I had a bad experience the first time but I thought of giving them another try. Worst decision ever, they took forever to deliver my food. When I called the store the manager wouldnt even give me his name. I finally got my food an hour after the expected delivery time. The delivery driver didnt even have on a uniform. I had to ask her repeatedly for my copy of the receipt. My wings were cold and barely had an sauce. I will never order from this Pizza Hut or even use them.

I may not have all the best pizzas of the world..but of all the ones I had, these guys make the best pizza. I have ordered and eaten at several other pizza locations, but this particular location has the best pizza making folks working there. I just cant get enough of their pizza. I usually order pan pizza with no sauce and for toppings - diced tomato, onion, mushroom, jalapeno.

Never ever will go back. Management seated us then 20 min later (we were the only ones in the restaurant) took our order. The cheese sticks had cinnamon all over them. The pizza (if thats what they call it) was all sauce, no cheese and it looked awful and the manager herself still served it. Horrible horrible, do not wast time or money.

I have fond memories of Pizza Hut. While its a little sad to always enter this place and find it empty, the sit anywhere immediately is welcome. The interior is clean and setup with local photos and sports memorabilia, a theme I remember of Pizza Hut. The service is good and the food is about the same as I remember it: still delicious.

Not a true Pizza Hut restaurant. No salad bar and no beer. The beer thing may be because of it being on Maryland. The menu was very limited and the server was not very friendly. We would have had a better experience taking it home.

Waited for 25 minutes just to get our drink order taken when our waiter knew we were ready to work. I feel bad for the employees. They are too understaffed and overworked.

My order was correct (half pineapple, half sausage, extra cheese on whole), the pizza was great, and the pizza was ready for pick up on time. Overall I was very pleased.
