This service has gone downhill. Some of the employees ARE ABSOLUTELY RUDE, as indicated by other posters. There was a glitch two days ago in their system, and they claimed to not have received my order when I inquired 2 hours later. So I put in an order elsewhere but it wouldnt go through because CC took my money out of my account (although they ALLEGEDLY didnt receive my order). Then an hour later I get another email stating that I did order from them (duh) and would I still like it? (Its now more than 3 hours and my family is starving). I said yes because I thought for sure they would give a discount after all the issues that were not on our end. I asked for a discount considering I had tried to order elsewhere but was prevented because of insufficient funds due to CC!!!!! Ten minutes later I received an email saying my order had been canceled. Just awful communication (I have a PhD in communication). Never again!!!!!

I have ordered Liver and Onions before from Central Family Market and it was ok, a little over cooked, super thin and kinda dry. Who else delivers Liver and Onions?…lol I also had ordered their homemade apple dumplings. The Apple dumpling was amazing and worth the $3.99. So tonight 12-12-15, I wanted Apple Dumplings, so I ordered two and reordered Liver and onions, for another try. So Disappointed. The Liver was worse than last time and the onions were not even caramelized…almost raw. I ordered Mashed potatoes with gravy on the side and it was not on the side. Oh well, I will never order this again. So excited to get to the Apple dumplings. WOW, what a rip off….instead of 2 whole dumplings like I received last time. They cut one in half and put it in 2 separate containers….NEVER AGAIN ! BOOOOO!!!

TERRIBLE customer service! I waited over an hour for a delivery that was supposed to be made in 45 minutes, and while I can understand a delay, especially if youre delayed, the order should be correct. My order was not delivered correctly, and my food is ice cold. Yes, I understand that some restaurants are far so the food might not be able to be hot. However, its always been warm. The driver didnt use an insulated bag, didnt check my order and now its 8:00pm and we have no dinner. I wnot be paying for this since I didnt get what I asked for. Management didnt even apologize, all they did is defend themselves. Will never use carry out courier again! Horrible customer service!

I had a lunch I needed to provide for a meeting. I checked out the catering menus the night before on Carryout Couriers website. I called the next morning for the 11:45 AM lunch. The lady I spoke with, Donna I think, said she would put the whole order together for me. I went with El Rodeo and my customers loved it. There were these awesome desserts, sopapillas that were delivered, and they were the most popular item of all. Their driver brought in the order and helped me set everything up. It was all set up and ready to go 5 minutes before my meeting started. Thanks gals and guys for making my meeting a success.

Website is very misleading and a female employee is very rude. After placing my order online after checking to see that my zip code was listed I was called 10 minutes later and told that I am outside their delivery area. If you yelled from my front porch you could literally hear it in their delivery area. If my address is slightly outside the delivery area, then dont allow the order to go through and even get a confirmation email. Extremely disappointed and the woman who called me was VERY rude about it. She didnt sound the least bit apologetic and made me feel like I wasted her time by making her call.

Felt compelled to give you 5 stars after seeing the guy below me give you guys a 1 star review for something that you cant control. Carryout Courier does everything theyre suppose to and deliver there food perfectly fine. Someones political ideologies dont conflict with delivering food and its completely unnecessary to hurt a local businesses reputation because of something they cant control. Although I have a tip for carryout which is please try and get paypal as one of your acceptiable ways of payment. I could order food 10x as much if that was a way to pay.

Ive never left a comment but i do not appreciate getting hung up on. I was told the order would be a hour which was totally fine. But my daughter fell off the bed and i had to take her to the hosiptal and i called 20 mins later to cancel the order. The lady said i couldnt cancel the order. I explained i already left. She said you cant order from here again,click. After i kept apologizing over and over. I felt bad. Its okay if i cant order from there again but customer service was horroble i wouldnt even wanna order from there again. Glad i saved my money

I was a little skeptical about this place at first, looking through reviews and seeing the good and the bad, but I decided to see for myself, and Im glad I did. I have no problems when I use their service, and the fact that I can order online is awesome! Easy to do and I havent had one late delivery time. I use Carryout Courier fairly often now and would definitely recommend it to others who just cant get out to lunch. And I guess dinner :)

We have been using Carryout Courier for many many years. Overall it has been a great experience. I love the online ordering and the frequency cards. The drivers are courteous and do everything possible to get it right. Some restaurants are better than others at the actual food prep, but Carryout always makes it right if there is an omission or an error. I have recommended Carryout to several friends over the years and will continue to do so.

They go out of their way to accomodate your needs, even when I have had to change delivery times at the last minute. The delivery people are always pleasant and courteous and weve always been happy with the choice of restaurants and the quality of food offered.

I have been a Carryout Courier customer for years, and I am always pleased with the service. I rarely, if ever, wait the full 60 minutes I am usually quoted, and my food is always correct. The variety of restaurants is great because there is something to fit every craving. The drivers are always very pleasant, and I appreciate their efforts to find my house since my street does not have a street sign.

Im a mom of two young boys under the age of 7. We use Carryout Courier when we want something special to eat besides the same old regular meals we always have. Since the delivery service is so inexpensive - its just easier to let them bring dinner to my front door. I dont have to pack up the kids and run out somewhere. We love it. Now if I could just get them to do my grocery shopping...
