This Pizza Hut SUCKS. One of their male drivers (who had an attitude) answered the phone and when I told him I wanted to put an order in for delivery, he asked me for a phone # and address which I gladly gave him. He then tells me they will not deliver that far which is a baldfaced lie considering I have placed orders with them before and they have delivered.. I mean, really?! They deliver to my neighbors who are not even a block away so why not deliver to my house?! I am only 2 miles from this Pizza Hut. Brunettis Express is way farther and they gladly deliver. This Pizza Hut has lost my business permanently and Ill be sure to pass my negative experience to everyone I know.

If zero stars were possible to give, thats what Id put. We dont eat out much and decided to order as more of a treat for my husband and kids. Placed an order online, when it got here 45 minutes later, it was completely wrong. I called and was placed on hold forever before being put on with the manager, Jay. They tell us they will send someone to pick up the wrong order and restart an order. By this point we are 1.5 hours in with nothing on the way. Finally after back and forth they picked up their food and returned my money. Two hours later, 4 Hungry people, and papa johns saves the day with half the cost and delivery time.

Ordered pizza at 6:47pm online and supposed to be delivered at 7:50pm. The pizza didnt get here until 8:56. I called twice and was told a driver was down but no one bothered to call me and give me the option to pick it up or to cancel. Pizza was cold and dry. First girl I talked to was rude and couldnt speak English that well. Called back and talked to Andrew and he wasnt that caring either. Very disappointing event with pizza hut.

HORRIBLE service pizza was so greasy and soggy on the bottom got an update that it was out for delivery I like 15 mins up the road the guy didnt get here until 40 mins later so I did not tip and he had the worst attitude even ignored my son who is two saying bye and waving Ill never order here again

Order what you want, youll get what they want to give you. Rarely does my order look like what I paid for. I find it hard to believe that they accidentally screw my order up every time. Beginning to think they enjoy screwing their customers.

This Hut is closed! They tore down the building and theyre turning it into a Cookout! BEWARE! I had no idea, we just drove by it while making plans to eat there and it was /gone/. It was a good one, so close, too! I loved this Hut.
