I love Buffalo Wild Wings and this one has to be the WORST one as far as services goes. I usually dont rate places, but this one has forced my hand. Im not sure if everyone in here has an issue or attitude problem, but you dont walk pass your guest like they arent sitting there when you just seen the hostess seat them. Another waitress pretended to clean tables after looking over in my direction and mouth to the other waitresses "thats not my table". I understand that waitress/waiters have certain tables, it its only 4 other tables in here with me and about 5 waitress/waiters and 1 host. Several other waitresses/waiters walk pass me and my table as if we were ghost. Once the "Captain" saw that I was about to get up and leave, he came over to see if I had been waited on. It shouldnt take someone who is helping another table to get service for customers. Needless to be said I get a waiter that expresses the only reason he has my take is because no one else walked over here. Now Im not a disruptive customer nor one of those that would make a big scene anywhere. So explain to me why I get treated like trash that no one wants. I guess my skin color wasnt the right shade. Trust this will be the last time me or my family eat at this location.

Showed up around 10pm on a Saturday night, sat at half packed bar area. Apparently our server was the only person trying to work hard that night, and that includes the "manager" with frosted tips. After taking almost an hour just to put our food order in because our server was responsible for a 15 person group, and us. Why would no other server or manager come help is beyond me. But they were all able to chat, sweep, go check on the bar, on the regular seating. And that includes the manager who then stopped to chat with friends of his right next to my wife and I, after we asked to speak with him!? When he came by, he could clearly care less, and after seeing that we had already paid said sorry and gave us 2 10% off coupons to come back. What a joke from the top down at this place. I will never eat at this BWW ever again.

I visited your establishment on 10/15/16@9pm. Your hostess EB was really rude and very dry. Im naturally a friendly person so I try to build rapport with everyone. I asked him what was his suggestion on seating since there where 3 different choices and he shrugged his shoulder as if he didnt care. So my response was he doesnt care. And he shuck his head yes. If I wasnt hungry and it were not already late I would have left. On to a good note my waitress Jessica with the red hair was awesome. 5 stars to her. Food was also great. The hostess is suppose to set the first impression. He needs a pep talk. And smile a little hunny its just a sports bar.

07/18/2017 I called in a order for Lemon Pepper Wings 14pcs... And a single order of fries... Horrible idea! The Wings were bland, hard, and down right disappointing! The Fries werent bad... But the quantity for the price doesnt seem fair. You would think this being a WING establishment they wouldve had some flavorful and quality product! Apparently the morale has gone down... I over heard a couple in the parking lot having a conversation about how terrible the food has become! This was my first time eating at this location... And Definitely my last! Thanks for nothing! By the way... Trying to get the manager on the phone... Forget about it!

My hubby and I went in on Tues. May 9th around 7pm. 1st thing I noticed was that none of the t.v.s had the Os -Nats on. I would think that a sports related restaurant would do a better job of making sure that the local sporting events were on at least one channel. After asking 3 people and 1/2 hour gone by we finally got our game on. Food was pretty good as usual. (We come pretty often) all staff was very friendly. Food took along time to come out. All in all can only give it a 3 tonight. Do better in preparing for those of us who actually may want to watch all those t.vs .

Very disappointed for Monday Night Football!! Terrible table service, had to ask another server for stuff or find our own, took forever for food to be delivered (the bar area was not that busy/full), and had to ask to have the game volume turned on to hear the game (could barely hear it when they turned it on). If Washington or Baltimore was playing, you wouldnt even be able to talk at your own table because the game volume would be so loud!! Remember.....there are other NFL teams. SMH

I normally have great experiences here, but never visited during the lunch hours. Pretty dead in here to be their "Happy hour". I dont need the crowd but really shocked that I could not eat my lemon pepper wings. They wer so hard AMD dry, yet my waiter was cool so I didnt even have the heart to tell him or make a fuss (plus I got full off my beer and street tacos). Overall this one visit doesnt compare to the numerous times ive eaten here where I left work a happt belly

Came in on a dead Sunday, sat at the table for 15 minutes before 2 servers came over and tried to figure out if the server that had this table had come over yet. Put in drink orders and food order at the same time. App came out with part of the food, other part they didnt cook. Burger was a burnt frozen mess. Wings cooked to long and 20 minutes later still dont have the rest of our food. Not a great experience. At least the waitress did try I will give her 4 stars.

07/15/2017 Went in by myself. Took a while to be seated even though the place was only 20% full. Drinks were expensive but weak. I ordered chips and salsa for an appetizer and a Philly wrap for dinner. Chips came with dinner (not before as an "appetizer should) and the wrap came on bread as a sandwich. I spent $70 on just me at this "wing place". terrible service, mediocre drinks and wrong food!!

Terrible experience went for fight night paid $20 cover charged and received horrible service the place ran out of food n glasses and it was like an ice box inside - spoke with the managers and they were not helpful as they showed no concern for the guest many were complaining about h9w cold it was - terrible experience will never visit this restaurant again - poor service poor management

So let me start by saying the food is fine, but the service sucks. Its routinely slow, and the waiters/waitresses arent very attentive. Last time I went the servers decided they would rather help a larger group that came in after us than my family. We walked out and went to chick fila because we were starving. This is on my "carryout only list" of places.

Havent been to BWW since college. Decided to try it out, and they had several new wing sauce choices which were interesting. Sat in the bar one night, and was greeted with a smile from a waitress and bartender. Service was attentive, and beer was cold, and food was good and hot. What more can I say? Will come back if I have a hankering for wings again.
