Ive Been To This Location Before But On Wednesday July 19th For Some Reason They Were Just Horrible. My Friends And I Had The Intentions On Going To Drink At The Bar, No Seats Were Available For 3, Ok Cool Fine We Decided To Sit Around The Bar Area. We Walk To A Table And It Hasnt Been Cleaned Yet, So We Wait.... 5-10 Mins Before We Had To Get Someone To Clean It. Then A Pregnant Woman Comes To Wipe The Table And I Have No Idea Who Taught Her How To Wipe Tables But Youre Not Supposed To Fling Food On The Floor Or Towards The Customer. I Barely Tripped Over That But I Decided To Include It In This Review. So The Table Got Cleaned And We Sit & Wait, 5 Conversations Had Passed Before Our Waitress Came. So She Takes Our Order & We Asked For Water Along With Our Meal. 15 Mins Pass & The Food Runner Brings Out Our Appetizers, Mind You They Were Supposed To Be Jack Daniels Wings But When They Came Out They Looked Like Fried Nuggets With The Sauce On The Bottom. I Immediately Refused The App Because They Just Half A**ed The Whole Thing. So Another Server Comes By To Explain That They Picked Up The Wrong Plate And I Could Tell He Genuinely Cared About What We Were Getting Served. Thanks Dre! So Fast Forward With All That Ive Said; We Got Our Waters With An Extra 5 Min Wait For Straws, Food With No Silverware, I Was Literally Licking My Hands Until I Asked The Other Waiter Dre To Bring Us Some Silverware Because There Werent Any Napkins Either. Mind You It Was A Wednesday Evening One Of The Slowest Days In The Restaurant Industry. Also We Havent Seen Even Our Waitress Since She Took Our Orders Not Once Has She Stopped By To Bring Us Straws, Silverware, Or Napkins But I Did See Her Tend To Her Other Tables. So I Asked The Other Waiter Dre If I Could Speak To His Manager Because Initially I Wanted To Switch Waiters Because He Obviously Cared About How We Were Being Served. So The Manager Comes And Im Explaining The Experience So Far, And She Just Seemed So Dumbfounded Like She Doesnt Know How To Run Her Own Staff. I Wasnt Complaining To Get A Discount Or Anything I Just Wanted To Know Why Its So Slow. She Says Someone Had Gotten Sick So She Let Them Go Home Early And Now Shes Short Staff. I Said Ok Thats Understandable But From What I Saw In The Back Earlier There Were At Least 8 Other Staff Memebers In The Back Looking Like They Had No Business, One Of Them Was On Their Phones And They Just Looked Like Roaches That Got Caught In The Kitchen. So There Should Be No Reason That We Didnt Have The Bare Minimum Which Was A Clean Table, Water, Straws, Napkins, Silverware, And A Greeting! At Least If We Wouldve Gotten That We Wouldnt Have Even Complained. If The Waitress Was Overwhelmed (Which She Wasnt I Could Tell) She Should Have At Least Had Another Team Member Help Her Out A Little Bit. So As Im Speaking To The Manager I Realized I Was Talking To A Brick Wall Because She Couldnt Even Give Me A Legit Response To Anything I Was Saying To Her She Just Looked And Nodded, So Our Waitress Comes By Our Table Atleast 3 Times While Im Speaking To The Manager Just To Eavesdrop On Our Convo, She Apologizes To The Manager But Not Us. I Wasnt Looking For An Apology From Her I Just Wanted Her To Acknowledge Us A Bit More, But After That She Hasnt Checked On Us At Since She Took Our Order. So With All That Being Said The Service Was Terrible From Shamora I Believe Her Name Was, I Appreciated The Concern From Dre, The Drink I Ordered Whichever Was A Strawberry Henny It Was Disgusting, It Tasted Like Watered Down Juice No Henny Whatsoever. So When The Bill Came My Friends And I Paid Cash And Left Because At That Moment We Were Just Over The Whole Experience. So The Manager Catches Us As Were Walking Out Asking If We Got Our Receipts And I Said There Was No Need Because We Paid The Exact Amount. The Reason I Didnt Tip Was Because I Felt Like I Didnt Get Served At All, Im An Automatic 20% Tipper Because I Myself Used To Be A Waitress And Im More Understanding When Things Happen But I Couldnt Tip Her. Maybe Next Time.

Poor customer service. June 25,2016 My son and I had Lunch at this restaurant. The hostess brought us into the middle of the floor and no table was available or properly set up. When requested a booth she just walked away from us, leaving us standing in the middle of the floor. The restaurant was not crowded. My son walked over to her and he ask for a open booth and she quickly directed us to one. She then precedes to address us as " you guys as she quickly rattles off specials for today with no direct eye contact.The waitress comes over and we start our lunch with a drink. When she brings us our drink my glass is visible dirty, I ask for a clean glass. She returns promptly with our drinks and water. My side of the booth had crumbs on the seat from previous customer but i did not say anything. The waitress only takes my order for appetizer and does not take my sons. When she return to our table she takes my sons order. Our food arrives at a reasonable time however, the waitress places the food on the table and quickly scurries away ( again the restaurant was not crowded) . Neither my son or I had utensil just napkins. My son takes the utensil for his meal off the next table. He had ordered an Italian pasta dish. Usually this type of entree is served with bread or garlic toast. When the waitress returned I informed her that we had no utensil to eat our meal, but that my son had retrieved his from the neighboring table. When I asked her about bread she rattled off a price for the bread that is normally served with this type of dish. (the equivalent of soup and crackers). By the way she never responded on the utensil and I never received mine. Thank goodness I ordered a Turkey burger. I felt like we were being tolerated. The treatment felt like they did not want us there. I paid the bill and left a $10.00 tip. The staff at Fridayss is diverse and so this was not a racial issue. The whole staff acted unprofessional. I did not want to ruin my sons lunch so I kept quiet for the most part, I did not ask to speak with the manager because I know people only hire staff that have similar personality traits. If you are in Waldorf, Maryland and hungry I advise Chick Fillet. I live in walking distance of all of these eatery and dont patronize them because of poor attitude and customer service. That is why Virginia restaurant business are so profitable. I was force to place a star in order to post this comment. Hugh restaurant fail!

I love Fridays; but, this Friday location is the WORST! The manager Peggy is not worthy of the title. She brushes everything off as if it is not a big deal. I went there for lunch. The waitress (Patrice) was great; however, when it came to the end of the meal; I provided a gift card as well as my credit card. I asked for change as I do not leave my tip on the card for several reasons. I provided Patrice a 20% tip for her great service. As usual; I always check my account when I leave restaurants. Upon reviewing my account; the waitress charged my card for the entire meal. I immediately got on the phone and asked to speak to the manager. The manager, Peggy asked for my receipt number (666) couldnt believe that was the actual number on the receipt (scary). Peggy put me on hold to check with Patrice. She stated that Patrice made "a mistake" by charging my card first and then the gift card (who would charge the card for the full amount; and, then charge the gift card last). To me; that was very shady. The gift card was never swiped; and, they probably thought I wasnt going to check it. Peggy stated she apologize; but, I let her know that I had an issue with them before (we had to seat ourselves because no one was at the front to greet us. There was other issues; but, I wont go into it). Peggy asked for my name and address and said she would send me something in the mail because she would like for me to come back. It is now Thursday; and, nothing has came in the mail yet. In my opinion; Peggy is NOT a good manager. The food was great; however, my reason for putting this up is to advise anyone using a gift card/credit card; to please tell them to swipe the gift card first and then your card. Although I said that; they still charged the entire amount on my card; and, would have had a free gift card. Check your account before you leave this restaurant. If you have issues; I suggest calling the corporate office because Peggy isnt a qualified manager.
