Lies about delivery Ive ordered delivery online from this location multiple times. Panera website says that a $5 minimum and $3 fee is for small order deliveries. However, if you call them, this location will refuse your delivery if its under $100 and "in walking distance" or under $200. But if you push them, theyll "do you a favor when its slow" by sending your delivery with the catering delivery fee charge of $15 for your order. Which is ridiculous when you want a sandwich but cant step out from your office two blocks away.

Great and consistent service - It doesnt matter if its lunch/dinner shift or weekday/weekend, you can always expect great service. Wifi can be slow, but thats probably no different from anywhere that offers free wifi. I have unlimited cell data anyway, so its no big deal. Took off 1 star for the food, which tastes ok. I mean, its a chain cafe, so you cant expect it to be that tasty. But overall, I love the place. Nice atmosphere.

Good, almost fast food: I love Panera and this Chevy Chase location is another shining example. In such a busy area the chill atmosphere can sometimes get lost in the crowd, but overall consistent with other Panera Breads that Ive eaten at. Pricing is fair and the service is always pleasantly fast. Recommended for if youre going out for lunch or brunch but dont want to make a big deal out of it.

Honestly, the food is the same as any panera bread location. If you plan on using the wifi for any reason, dont even bother. Their wifi is HORRIBLE. I came here several times to do some work on my laptop and It was a complete waste of time. They need to stop being cheap and invest in their wireless internet. Also they need more wall plugs.

Went above and beyond- my 2 year old was not happy to take a bite out of the "smoked cheddar" grilled cheese, the young lady at the sandwich prep, offered to replace it with the traditional American grilled cheese sandwich and went above and beyond and brought it to our table. Simply the BEST! Thank you

Panera has a wide variety of good but not excellent food, at a fast-casual pace, at decent prices. This one also has plenty of seating, wifi (limited to 30 minutes during peak hours), and power plugs everywhere. Also, a fireplace. The service was nice, too.

This is a nice place to get nutritious and delicious food. It has a small parking at the back that services other restaurants in the building. Great restaurant but parking is hard to find specially during lunch hours.

Best Panera EVER. Great staff. If my food or coffee is ever wrong, they take care of it on the house. They clean our table if we ask them to. This is how a business should be ran!! Love this place.

One of the worst lattes in the DMV which they put in a paper cup by mistake, and for which I waited 5 minutes. 10 in the morning and they said no croissants (they were several feet away)

Decent place for lunch. Broccoli cheddar is the best soup. Wont fill you up if youre a hungry man like me though. If you want more, unhealthier food, head to the chipotle next door
