Good sandwich. It was sloppy though. Fast service. The federal is a great Italian sub. Fresh ingredients. Nice thick fresh mozzarella and fresh cold cuts. The soda has real cane sugar and they had really good flavors. The ice is crushed and makes the sodas almost slushy like. Really nice on a hot day. Our only complaints were the flies and several bags of trash in the dining area - it was dirty and the employees were just sitting in the dining area not doing anything. They should have cleaned up before they sat down. Not very family friendly either as they dont have high chairs and the tables are really high up.

If its good enough for POTUS, I guess its good enough for everyone else. He went here during sequestration because they gave govvies 10% off and a free cookie. Even those in the private sector love this place for its Philadelphia inspired sandwiches and salads which are made to order. Piping hot fresh bread and fresh ingredients, this is a fast, healthy way to make it from breakfast to dinner. Specials on footlongs after 5pm make this place favorite for those in the neighborhood. The craft sodas on tap add the the unique and wonderful flavors.

I am unabashedly obsessed with Taylor Gourmet. And I havent even tried their hoagies yet! They have a seasonal salad right now called Logan Square that is heaven in a bowl. It begins on a bed of kale, then butternut squash, dried cranberries, Gorgonzola, apples, and candied pecans are added in the most perfect ratios. To really top it off, ask for grilled chicken on top, and enjoy your newfound salad obsession.

Do not order the burger special. Toppings are good but the beef patties were awful, thin and small, plus salty and overcooked (I asked for medium and it was well done). The lunch crowd was noisy and overwhelming. Staff is friendly, but the food was so disappointing, I threw out the remainder of my burger.

My favorite sandwich place to go for lunch. Much better than Potbellys – its worth the extra couple dollars. The 9th Street and California Ave are my go-tos, but you really cant go wrong. The only downside is that the line gets pretty long during lunch hours.

Wonderful sandwiches! The only problem is that there isnt one in Cincinnati!! Put one of these in Oakley, OTR, near UC or at The Banks and you are guaranteed success... I love this place

Great food. From cold cuts to hot subs to salads, the menu is really good and the staff will modify the food to your liking. If youre a foodie, best place to grab a bite to eat.

I love these subs. Its more expensive than Subway, but its far better in quality. My favorite is the Lancaster Street (eggplant parmesan with a bit of spicy zest in it.)
