I jus decided to stop goin. I prefer the rosedale location. Staff and management are way better and not a bunch of morons. Last 5 visits. Just bad. This last one, was by far the WORST experience ever. Paolo the manager had no interest in his teams errors. Online To go order was missing chips n guac kids juice and the sides. Then wen i open my sons quesadilla its no chicken. I go ask to get it fixd after tlkn to paolo and they give me a rolled up tort shell. I was so annoyed. Paolo finally came out the office n walked right past me. I said excuse me wen he was goin comin bck in my direction and he went back in the office. (Maybe he didnt hear me?) The burrito roller at the end of the line made the quesadilla for me n apologized. I called bck paolo said complain online i dont care and literally hung up. Tht only tells me corporate doesnt care either so i didnt evn bother. Theyll nevr make top tier restauranteur like all chipotles aim to be. Side note. Prev received undercooked meat from this location. It was foul man.

We went to this location and waited in their long line to only be told that we had to get out of line, fill out a form(because we had 4 orders), and then get back into line. Not at the front of the line, at the back. Weve been to this location dozens of times and have never had this problem before. All of a sudden, tonight, theyve changed their rules. When we finally got back up there, we asked for fajita vegetables but they were out. We said we could get it without them but he said that because the form said fajita vegetables that we would just have to wait. Even though we had just filled out the form on the spot. After paying, the security lady asked us if we were giving her attitude and scolded us for being upset. This is the second time this Chipotle has changed the rules from all other chipotles. If you go to this location, just be aware that they might not help you and might try to teach you a lesson in frustration.

I clearly stated what I wanted and more or less of what I requested was served. I had to keep correcting, ir was not busy at all. Only one person behind me. I had to request sides what I wanted to be more. Package was not well sealed. Lettuces were falling off of the unsealed sides. I had to come back from my car while raining to request avocado because the server forgot to add it to my vegetarian meals when I requested it while was been served. I didnt noticed it because I got distracted asking the cashier if the server was new, seemed like it, but I was told that she was tired, wrong answer. She didnt seem like fulfilling requests. No smile or sure sir, ok, very well, no thank you... Im desatisfied because of that.

I just went to this chipotle and I asked the cashier if they provide a discount to military service members and the girls response was "no we dont, we only do discounts for police". I told the girl "wow, really? Okay... look I have nothing against cops at all and have the upmost respect for them but that isnt right and makes no sense!" I love our men and women in blue and have always wanted to be a cop myself aside from bwing a Marine so I am fully on board and support police officers getting a discount but Im seriously just completely baffled and confused as to why chipotle does not provide a discount to BOTH police and military.... needless to says chipotle just lost some brownie points

Went to chipotle this evening and there was literally only one worker on the front line. Im not understanding how and why they would have only one worker making bowls by herself. This is selfish and just disrespectful to their workers and customers. I stopped going to the chipotle on York RD because there is to much girl drama and the food takes forever to be placed in the bowl because of all the workers rolling their eyes and ignoring each other when it comes to making customers bowls. I think today was my last straw for spending money with Chipotle!!!!

Is there a manager working in the evening?! Tonight around 5:30 was the worst experience Ive had at this location, though it seems they are going downhill lately. Employees in the assembly line were talking with eachother, not listening to customers ordering, breaking burritos open repeatedly, service was slow, the cashier didnt know what she was doing. Our burritos were underfilled and the tortillas were hard, and to top it off we got stale chips!!! Might go to Qdoba next time!

They give you small servings of rice and meat. Also the beans are dried out from sitting out uncovered all day. The food is okay when they first open the doors or when they refill empty pots with fresh food. I find myself asking the servers to add more rice to my order. Lunch time seems to be better but the lines and wait time are too long so I go else where so I can actually sit and eat and make it back to work with 10 minutes to spare.

Poor service, and food a quality varies. Every time I go in here they have a line wrapped around the entire store with only 2-3 people preparing peoples food. They always cater to the customer who calls ahead, they essentially skip the line, and the people behind the counter drop everything to serve them. Very annoying, I just walked out after standing in line and not moving after 5 minutes. I will not go back to this store.

This is the only Chipotle location that I have ever had to avoid in my life. No matter what day of the week or what time of day, this place has a line almost out the door for no reason. It is always understaffed and the staff that they do have works at the slowest pace I have ever seen. I drive out of my way to go to other locations.

Service couldve been better from a great restaurant chain like this. The food was warm/cold when we got it and we ate right in the restaurant. There was an employee on her phone when she shouldve been cooking the food during the lunch time rush. The mens bathroom toilet was also broken and wouldnt flush. Not a very good experience.

Great food like all Chipotle locations, but do not order online for pick up at this location in Towson, MD on a weeknight unless you plan to ruin the burrito in the store and check for accurate ingredients. They might mix up toppings and get the meat wrong even if it is printed correct on the receipt stapled to your bag.

Not only was the store immaculate but the staff is friendly and Westchester but what caught me the most was Pablo the manager who went above and beyond to make sure my visit was fantastic. He was even on the front lines with his guys making food. There needs to be more Pablos in this world

This Chipotle is so fast, extremely friendly, and the ingredients are always fresh. They get rid of huge lines so quickly and you never have to wait for an ingredient to drop. Their water/ice is always broken and there isnt much seating space, but those things dont bother me.
