The manager is so rude! I visited this Chipotle just an hour ago, and after waiting in line for 20 mins, I was told there was no more white rice and that it would be a 10 minute wait on the rice. I agreed to wait 10 minutes for the rice, but after 10 mins expired the manager said that there will be no white rice for the evening. I waiting 30 minutes in the line, and when I asked to speak with the manager before I could begin talking ( yes, she cut me off) she said " you can have brown rice, the only rice, sorry". after waiting in a long line, and being told something would be ready and it wasnt, the least she could do was offer me something to compensate my time loss being there and to ensure my return to the store. I will not be returning. White rice is staple, Im dissapointed and shocked they ran out. I wont be returning. #californiatortillas

I understand that they try to move fast because the line is long but shoving bags and tossing you to the left is not the way to go. Im not trying to get waiter services however give me common courtesy. Getting an attitude because we ask for a carrying bag? Just because you dont say anything doesnt mean I cant tell that you are annoyed. Not the worst place just something to think about changing.

The quality of the food at this location is much like that of the others, very good. The one thing I would say to make not of is to arrive earlier if you plan on eating here for lunch or grabbing something to take out. The line can be very long at time and with not long lunch breaks every moment counts.

The customer service was horrible , smh never again will I go to this one . The blacks had attitudes and the Mexicans had attitudes as well some people are better off unemployed . Im very disgusted with this chipotle . Chipotle needs to do better with their hiring process

My co-workers and I won a free catering from Chipotle. We were highly impressed with how easy it was to order, pickup and set up. Chipotle provided EVERYTHING needed down to the matches to light the sternos. I would definitely recommend Chipotle catering.

They are quick! The line can be wrapped to the bathroom and we are moving in a timely fashion. I do not suggest doing a online order during peak hours( lunch and dinner) your order may not be completely correct, but the food is done unlike most Chipotles.

the worst chipotle i go to i only go there because its 5minutes away.everytime i go their food taste different.its never consistent. i always have to tell the staff SLOW down and LISTEN.its like they race to get your food done smh
