This Chipotle has always been a hit or miss. Some days the food is really good and other its just OK. I recently visited and on both occasions the food was just out right nasty. The chicken was burnt, with nasty charred taste. My tacos was dry. For anyone who order the hard tacos know that they instantly become saggy when you take them to go. My tacos was still intact after I drove to my job 10mins later. I also order a bowl for my Co-Worker and she emailed me later that day about how dry and burnt her bowl was. The Customer Service is always good when I visit, but this restaurant need to work on consistency. I stopped going to this particular Chipotle for a period of time before the health scare, and I decided to go back cause its so close to my job, but I wont be returning.

I am almost positive I got e coli from here back when that was going on. So today was first time back. Ordered online. I get everything in my burrito and this is the smallest burrito I have ever seen didnt even need to open it to know it was wrong. When I opened it they forgot the salsa and they forgot the chicken. The steak was all burnt so bad the entire burrito had a burnt taste to it. And to top everything off it was rolled sideways so instead of getting a little bit of everything in each bite u eat all the beans then all the guacamole. It was downright aweful. To make matter worse I got sick 20 min later. I will never go back to this place.

Get on the level Chipotle. Just went through the line and I dont care how busy it is, get the employees straight and cut the skimping when were paying extra for things. Just watched as an employee scooped 1/3 of the meat off the spoon they were going to put in the bowl when I ordered steak, then another put half the spoon of guacamole on. Then, this place has the audacity to charge $2.13 more for my pathetic little scoop of guacamole. Yea Qdoba isnt as good but at least ALL toppings are free. Wont be back in a good long while.

All people who work in front line dont have any idea on menu. Lack of knowledge and speed. The girl who took my order did know what cheese quesadilla mean. They should be trained first. I have been to this store lots of times.They had a good service people. But today made me think of not going back there. Because they did the mistake and they had the attitude to hide it. This chipotle has to stop being so stingy and go back to the old ways.... the ways that made everyone fall in love with chipotle to begin with!!! They are now serving half the portions of meat and guacamole than they used to. The burrito bowl doesnt even fill me up anymore. Plus last time I went they charged me for 2 guacamoles and didnt even put them in my bag to go.

if you have never used the online ordering DONT. My office uses this often and today we have decided not to use it any longer. You get a half full bowl and no meat, since you are not there watching. In the past weve had issues but today was the worst. We ordered 6 bowls and a salad and if we put it together we would have 3 full meals. $7 for $3 worth of food NO THANKS.

This is a particularly slow Chipotle. I know the lunch rush can be crazy, but Ive never seen a staff more lax, understaffed, and under prepared. They seem to always run out of food and several members of the staff have expressed annoyance when you want to wait for the items you wanted instead of just getting something else.

Good food, standard for what you would expect from Chipotle. The self serve fountain drink dispenser was out of ice while we were there, no big deal. But, we were leaving by the time they filled it up. Warm soda is not my favorite....... Easy fix for next time. I would come back.

I was there with my son and was not pleased with the service , the server was rude and even though there was no waiting line I felt that I was being rushed. when I got home my son was sick. I will not eat at Chipotle again.

My burrito was mostly rice, not even rice and beans, when I came they were making the burritos 65% rice and the pico was super wet. I ordered a veggie burrito and got about a teaspoon of guacamole
