Not impressed with the place. Went there last Saturday to get a burrito, waited in line for a bit, staff wasnt helpful or friendly (I got the impression they barely spoke English!) and I had to pay almost 2 bucks extra for a little dollop of guacamole!! Add that to the already somewhat high price for the burrito, it came to almost $10!! I find that rather expensive for a take-out. Also, I did not have any cheese or sour cream - youd think they would have given me a little splash of guacamole instead. On top of that, they just piled the various ingredients on and didnt spread them out at all, which basically meant you had all the beans in one spot, all the meat etc. To be fair, the taste was very good and it is a large burrito!

This Chipotle sucks! I usually go to the Severna Park location but decided to grab lunch here while I was running errands in the area. First off the employees were terrible, harrasing each other and joking around instead of listening to my order. I had to explain I didnt want beans numerous times and the employee still proceeded to put beans on my bowl!!! The first bite I took had something hard in it that I had to spit out. And the entire bowl itself tasted so bland and flavorless, definetly not how it is supposed to taste , I couldnt even eat half! I wouldnt go back to this location if you paid me.

The customer service is horrible. I sent in an order online so I could skip the line. I arrived a few minutes early and waited over 10 minutes while not a single employee acknowledged that I was there. I gave up and left the store. I called the store to politely cancel my order and all I got was " I apologize" then a hang up. Im fairly certain that I will never return to this establishment

Chipotle is Chipotle! Definitely consistent with their deliciousness. However, the location at Waugh Chapel needs some more practice with their burrito wrapping skills. Its too loose and when you try to take a bite then whole thing deconstructs in your hands becoming a heap. (Hint: have them put all the ingredients in a bowl and wrap that sucker up yourself.)

The ingredients are not up to par here. Everything is bland. The staff seems to have no clue that someone is going to eat what they are preparing. Both of our burrito bowls were a mess, swimming in water from the salsa and the mountain of sour cream put on them. Never been to a bad chipotle until this one. Ill be sure to drive by it in the future.

Constant and consistent screw-ups. They dont bother with making any online orders ahead of time and somehow set their grills on fire recently. They also serve several day old chips. Ive been here 20+ times and complained to corporate several times, but they dont seem to care. Save your time and patience. Pasadena does a much better job. Go there.

Update: Increasing our rating, we have been back multiple times since our previous review and they have turned it around. Previous review: On 12 July 2015: long line, stale chips, overflowing garbage, flies everywhere, unclean and urine stenched bathroom, outdoor garbage reeked blocks away. Not a typical chipotle experience.

The food was okay...customer service is terrible. I agree with other people they screw-up orders, always. I ordered online and when I picked it up they gave me someone elses order. Luckily I checked before leaving and made them make my order over again. Dont waste your time here, go to Edgewater its much better.

Everyone I order online which I order online once a week they always get my order wrong. They never do anything to fix it. The customer service is terrible. I will do something to put them out of bussiness. The only reason I still go to them is because they are the only chipolte near me and I love chipolte.

Barely passable service. The workers here are colossal idiots. When asked what kind of rice I wanted, I said out loud "no rice". To which the worker responded by giving me a huge scoop of white rice. I was also ignored and skipped over until I gave the worker a death stare. Worst Chipotle Ive ever been to.

It might have been the time I went in, but this was the absolute fastest Chipotle I have ever been in. I actually stopped going to Chipotle because of the wait & only went in this one because my son wanted to go. But, WOW! In & out in a literal 5 minutes!

Ive been to other Chipotle Restaurants in the College Park and Riverdale area. This Chipotle always seems to set the standard in my book. They are clean, efficient, professional and precise every time I go. Thank you Chipotle Gambrills.

Nice food but the burritos are folded badly! It is impossible to eat it. They shouldnt be short and fat because then it is inconvenient to hold. Also the burrito should we warmed up before rolling to avoid it tearing.

Average Chipotle in a convent location when in the area. Restaurant has always been clean and well maintained. Staff is fast and responsive to the orders. Food is consistent with all other chain locations.

Stopped going to this Chipotle because theres typically a long wait and the service is usually, if not always poor. I would definitely recommend going to the Qdoba at the Waugh Chapel Towne Centre.
