Actually 4.5 stars. Would give 5 stars accept the trash receptacles needed to be emptied. Where it counts - food was great, staff uniforms were clean and orderly, staff very presentable and friendly, staff obviously very knowledgeable and worked quickly - even with person in front with a list. Most important was that when that person handed the preparer a paper list, the preparer took it but "automatically" replaced the glove he was wearing (NICE!). This was the case with the cashier also, that stepped in to assist with preparing - immediately removed/wiped hands/replaced gloves between dealing with money and serving utensils and bags. Made me feel VERY SAFE eating the food here. If someone complains about this restaurants attention to cleanliness....question the complaint! When I asked to speak with a manager, though in a meeting - the manager (Johnny) quickly appeared before I could sit down to eat. GREAT SERVICE and attention to Customer Concerns!

I dont understand everyones apparent infatuation with Chipotle. Are they bad? No, certainly not. But certainly nothing to rave about, either. Their menu is very limited, and the prices are way too high. Now, granted you usually get a lot of food for the money. However, the times Ive gone there, Ive usually ordered a burrito of some sort. Each time, it seemed to be mostly full of rice. One would think that a beef burrito would highlight BEEF, rather than the rice. I consider Chipotle a step above Taco Bell (barely) in terms of food quality. However, for the nearly $6 I have to pay for a burrito, I can go to Taco Bell and get a huge bag of mixed items from their value menu, and be just as satisfied. To me, the extra money spent at Chipotle is better spent on slightly lesser quality food at Taco Bell.

This place is horrible. Panhandlers inside the restaurant begging for money, People smoking outside the door so the whole place smells like cigarettes. The floor and tables are never cleaned. The music is so loud you cannot have a conversation across the table. Lines that wrap around the store and it takes 45-50 minutes to get your food. If you order online your order is not ready when you get there and you have to wait longer for it to be made. They interrupt the line to make online orders and that makes it even a longer wait. GO SOME PLACE ELSE!!! THIS PLACE IS A DISASTER!!! It was not like this when the other manager was there.. We love his store on St Paul St where there are no problems and the line moves fast.

Let me start by saying I love chipotle! My husband and I went there tonight. I was going to order a steak bowl, but the Steak looked grossly dry. I asked if there was any fresh steak, the person behind the counter practically ignored me and I figured out it meant not. I then decided to get a veggie bowl. When I told it home I was ready to eat and the rice was crunchy. Im not sure if it was under cooked or cooked so much that it was crunchy. But essentially it was not good (never had a problem with their rice before). We had already waited in line so long and got home that u just said screw it and didnt bother with going back or eating it.

Not a great experience. I asked for double meat, chorizo and barbacoa, and they were so crazily skimpy on their portions of meat. Like, barely a few strands of meat, and same with the chorizo. Normally I like Chipotle, but this location seems to have trouble with their burrito assembly, and their portions.

This location can get quite busy around the typical meal times, so plan ahead. They move the line quickly though, so you shouldnt have an unpleasant wait even at peak times. Pulling in and out of parking right by York Road can be a little bit awkward, but theres not much to be done about that.

Ordered online. Picked up food (it was ready on time)..... Got to my destination, opened it up, and there was no rice in it.... Its just food and im not pissed, but I do find it ridiculous that they forgot the FIRST THING that goes into the bowl lol..... Do Better People....

If I could give this place a ZERO I would. Dirty, ghetto, unprofessional. Every time I come to this location Im disappointed. The rice was like chewwing on rocks, the beans were under or overcooked, couldnt tell. This location will never get another dime of my money.

Its 540pm and Ive been in line for 20 mins now. The line moved....once several people stepped out of line. I dont know what the problem here is but Im never coming back to this location. The workers are extremely slow and its obvious they dont care.
