This has got to be the slowest drive through in the tri state area! I keep coming back thinking they must know about it and I am sure it will be faster this time but nope its slower... Literally takes up to 20 minutes to get from menu to the window. Seems like its a new person at window every time. Apology?? Never, just slow service.

Came here on 9/24/16 at 9:30pm to get the $20 fill up. Usually dont come here from past bad experiences. But the drive through lady (tiara) was super polite. Kudos to her for doing her job the way a food service job SHOULD be done. I dont think I have ever been treated so politely at a drive through.

Check your order before you leave. Cashiers not only cant make change, if you order a 3 piece, you get a 2 piece. You can try to call the manager but they do not answer the phone. Wont be going back.

Slow, very often they do not have chicken available during peak times, inconsistent in getting the order right. All of which is an indication of poor to inexperienced management.

Slow service. Order incorrect. Missing wing in "2 pc meal" and straw for drink. I asked if straw was in the bag. "Yes". After pulling away, I found it was not.

Sometimes that food does not come out correct so check your bag, also staff is sometimes unfriendly but most of the time food comes out quickly.
