Always horrible. Every time weve gone they have been out of something we wanted to order. Tonight it was chicken tenders. Last month they were out of everything except dark meat. Meaning no tenders, no sandwiches, no nothing....how is it youre constantly out of chicken? But the worst part is the customer service. Expect to sit at the drive thru for an extended period of time.....thats putting it nicely. And not only in the drive thru, but at the speaker to order. You end up sitting there so long without anyone speaking that you feel compelled to honk or drive up to the window because you dont think they realize youre there. Nope, just not wasting their time to politely say one minute. Plus you must always check your food!! Its always wrong. just tonight they forgot three things from our order......as I walk in to get it corrected, the guy that had been behind me in the drive thru line also came in to correct his order....just a complete joke. Like its fast food, how is it so hard for them? If youre going to have horrible customer service, at least have it together with the food or vice versa. Its like they dont want business.

If i could give 0 stars i would. This kfc has continuously let me down. Every time i go to this location it always seems like the employees are slacking off. Slow service if you get serviced (drive through always takes 5 mins for them to even ask for your order).The staff if you can even call them that has no urge to work. i havent received food the last 3 times been there due to unreasonable wait time at drive through window. The place is never lit up like thwy even want customers to come. Its very uninviting but i love the food soi keep ttrying to give this location another chance but each time im let down. This place seriously needs to be put under different management or hire people that actually want to work because this type of disappointment is unacceptable and aspirations in the face to customers. Youve got to do better west street KFC!!

This location needs a Superfund stamp on it or something. First off, let me say that KFC food, is tasty. Fried Chicken, biscuits, tasty. Youd have to be vegan to hate it. This location makes it hard to love KFC. The staff seems to make it their goal to make you wish you chose somewhere else to eat. On multiple occasions Ive actually had to negotiate with them on getting an all-white-meat bucket, like it was a drug deal. Even after calling in once giving them an hour heads up that we would be getting an all white breast bucket and getting a "aight no problem", upon arrival we were given some song and dance about it not being possible to get a bucket with more than 4 white pieces or something. Go to Royal Farms. Its a hair more expensive and out of the way, but the staffs actually friendly and the chickens damn good.

Worst KFC I have ever been to Everyone in this location needs to be have there job removed and need to find a even easier job. This location got my food ordered completely wrong and will not accommodate the customer in any way. This location will not give you a receipt and will pocket money that you spend and tell you that there system is down. I hope there asset protection team looks into this store and there shady practices. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE

Arrived 40 before closing. I asked if the chicken bowl had mashed potatoes, they said "we aint got potatoes. I ordered a chicken filet, they didnt have any. I asked what they had, they said "chicken" . I ordered the popcorn chicken, they said, "aint got none." I ordered the value basket. Drove up to the window, they didnt have thighs. Very unprofessional!! They need to fire everyone and start over.

Service was slow. If youre used to getting honey BBQ wings you will be disappointed by their watered down sauce. The cashier was pleasant but she was the best thing about my experience there. Oh and the bathroom, no soap and the toilet paper was laying flat on the floor so if you dont wash your hands and dont mind rubbing germs from the floor on your private area, then youre ok.
