So i absoloutely love this chick fil a!!!!! It was my first time ever coming to this one and i will be back to this from here on out. So i went thru the drive thru and ordered my food and since i have three kids (of those 3 a baby and a 5 yr old with a broken arm) i asked if they could have us seated. The guy proceeded to tell me that they werent one of the chick fil as that did that for mothers. No biggie i said (ghasp) if u hold my food at the front we will come in and find our own seat. So i lugged all 3 kids in found a seat and there was a lady already meeting me at the table with our food (even though they dont do that). I was so greatful. It was so nice of them and took a big stress off my shoulders of having to drag my kids thru the line and then leave them alone at the table so i can get our food. It just shows how much they care about their customers.

Its like they provide exceptional service to make sure that you never rate them anything lower than 5 stars. haha. As for the people that are commenting low star rating need to grow a pair and stand up for themselves if there was a issue with your order or service just let management know and they will help if they are honestly at fault. Its life, people. Everyone makes mistakes, its up to you to do something about it (in a kind manner), and up to chick fil a to fix it. This is how customer service WAS before diversity and how it should be. No place comes close to this level of service. And the food menu is smart because its basically alot of the same food items across the board just in variations. That means less diversity, quicker food preparation times, and better quality. The CEO should just run for president with this mentality. Haha. But seriously.

Probably the best chic fila and best service of all locations i have been to. This is a VERY busy location at the normal rushes. May i suggest not to be lazy and park that car, then walk inside to place your order. I promise the lines are shorter inside. That being said the management and employees pull off a near perfect ballet of orchestrating that drive thru and hoards of people sitting in their cars.

Chick -fil-_A in St. Marys Lexington Park (California). We enjoy there service. They give the best customer service around. They need give all the fast food places training. When you eat in, always clean and stocked up. If an order didnt come out right, they did it with no attitudes or nothing. This is the place to choose when we walk to eat on the go. I hope it comes to Calvert Couny one day.

This location needs to get it together. If you use the drive thru make sure you check your order at the window before you drive off. My order was wrong twice in the past two weeks, a 100% failure rate. First time I ordered a spicy biscuit and they gave me a regular. Second time I ordered a spicy sandwich and they gave me a regular, plus forgot the sauce after asking me when I ordered.

Ive never had a bad experience. Our orders are always correct, fresh, timely, and delivered with a smile. The physical restaurant is always clean and everyone is very helpful, kind, and accommodating. The play area is always clean and it never smells like anything funky in there. Likewise, the bathroom is always clean.

I go to this Chick Fil A a few times a month and Ive never had a bad experience. Everyone is super friendly they are extremely efficient and you get your food very quickly even when the lines are long. I highly recommend Chick-fil-A and will continue to go there multiple times a month.

I have to downgrade them since the opening of the new Chick-fil-A in Crofton. Ever since that store opened, apparently they moved the staff to the new store and there are a ton of new employees here that provide service as if it were a McDonalds. Sub-par for a Chick-fil-A.

The employees are nice, efficient, and clean. The drive through during the lunch rush is ridiculous. Wrapping around the building and into the street, but it does more to show the quality of the restaurant than to deter more patrons.
