Stopped here Friday night and experienced some of the poorest customer service I have seen in awhile. It was busy, but they had plenty of staff. I should have realized it would not be good when within 30 second of standing at the counter, two different people came back with order problems. One being shorted the number of sandwiches they ordered and the other receiving the another persons order totally. My problem was I ordered three 12 piece nuggets, 3 shakes and 3 fries. The shakes came almost right away then I waited. The counter people would keep asking to help the next " guest", while totally ignoring me standing there waiting and waiting, so after 5 other people in my line got their order of nuggets, I asked what was the problem and the girls says" we are waiting on your nuggets." I said, " how so, those 5 other people got theirs already and they ordered after me, she looked perplexed and indecisive, then finally went into the back and came out with a copy of my receipt and took it to the order pullers. Then she realized my shakes had melted down during my long wait and took them to redo. I was like, thats nice, until I seen her just dumping the tops off and putting fresh whipped cream on top leaving the sides of the cups all messy. So after 15 minutes, I was walking out with my order and clueless to what flavor shake was in which cup. All that cost $31, which was not worth it. Waffle Fries were bland with no taste. Shakes and nuggets were great though. In the future, I will reserve Chick Fil A as a drive thru stop to get good milk shakes and eat elsewhere.

Another great Chick-Fil-A! Like most Chick-Fil-A restaurants in this area, the drive thru lines can get crazy. This causes back ups onto Quarterfield Park Drive and sometimes extend onto George Claus Blvd. However, please note this is the drive thru line, many times Ive you get into the parking lot you can find a parking spot. The food thing is, you can see the back up week before you commit or even get in it! Once in the drive thru line, it moves amazing last for the length of the line. Basically for every five, the timing is for one car at other fast food restaurants! Inside, they funnel everyone into one line, so you dont get stuck behind the slow ordered. The food comes out fast, and like most area Chick-Fil-As, they bring the food to your table. Food is always hot and fresh, as Ive come to expect. And, of course the order is always right. The kids nights are Tuesdays from 5:30-7:30, no free kids meal here, but all the fun kids activities for free. Any other time, the play area in the back. Other than the trouble you sometimes have getting in the parking lot, this Chick-Fil-A is great, like most of the others.

I normally wouldnt give four or five stars to a fast food joint, but this location has it going on. Food is always fresh and fast, even when you customize your order. Service is outstanding. Facility is super clean. They have family night ever week with something nice for the young ones. The new One app they have makes ordering a breeze and beats the lines. It also earns free treats almost every week between purchases and the corporate promo offers. I like Chick-Fil-A almost anywhere, but I am glad that this location is the closest to my house.

Very efficient. They have a person taking your order. Then its not a long wait to the window, you get there someone is waiting to say your name and take your payment then another person is handing your food to you and before you can say anything your card is being handed back to you and your on your way. Make sure you check your food though. i come through here often but lately they have been getting worse. not listening or just giving the wrong food. In the morning its worse.

I love Chick-fil-As food, but this location has forgotten a part of my order at least three of the last four times Ive been there. I can overlook minor mistakes, but tonight they forgot the nuggets in my sons kids meal -- so I paid four bucks for fries and milk! I think they get sloppy when its busy. Im not putting my kid back in the car and driving back there to get them to fix their mistake. Three strikes and theyre out... totally done with this location.

I come here every morning for breakfast and I could not do my belly a greater service. Even if the line is around the corner these magnificent people work to ensure that it moves at the speed of light. The food is always hot and its 99.9% right. They great you like your royalty and do whatever they can to accommodate you. I cannot say good enough things about this place these people are phenomenal. If I could give it shiny gold stars I wouldnt bat an eye

Placed my mobile order from the parking lot and waited a second for it to be ready before I entered the store. I stood in the mobile order line for several minutes before I was helped and my order was not started until it was verified I was there. The purpose of a mobile order is to avoid the long line. I waited longer than everybody in line and still did not have my order. Very poor service!

I like this place when it is not too crowded, and when parents watch there kids in the play area, there has been many of times bigger kids knock over or push the smaller kids and no parent is to be found. Service is great except ice cream seems to take a while?? Host are nice and always offer refills or to throw away your trey. Parking lot is always a hassel to get in and out.

Best service in town! Best chicken in town! Best chicken sandwich in town! No restaurant beats chick ful a and its 100% good service! Workers are so pleasant to serve you! Id recommend this location more than anywhere else. I try to eat here. More than other locations. Always been happy and impressed with this location.

This is a typical Chick-fil-A - the staff is friendly, their chicken sandwich is a masterpiece, their shakes are delicious, and the drive-through lines occasionally wrap around the building. Since they have two places to order food in the drive through, youll never need to wait more than 15 minutes at peak times.

We arrived at 1045 for breakfast but it was no longer being served. Then we improvised and had to wait several minutes for our 3rd order of chicken strips. Also I had asked for no ice in my drink but it had all ice hardly any drink. Very unusual for this chick filet. My experiences are usually very good.

Dont come here often but I ordered nuggets for me and my brother and they were very hard and unpleasant. So the food was not great. 2 stars because the place was very clean and the people friendly. Ill give them another chance next time I am in the area and potentially change my review.

Great food, good prices, but to me the most important thing the owner of this restaurant does is it gives back to the community. The give out large amounts of free coupons to the Red Cross programs to be given to people who give blood. Also very friendly to the military and police.
