This place does not deserve to be called a restaurant. It is more like a poorly run kiosk or better yet a public school cafeteria. The "restaurant" is always hot even though there is a huge standing fan in the corner. Where in America have you ever seen a standing fan in a restaurant? The food on display looks and taste dry, the women working the desk are so rude, no manners and damn right annoying. It seriously baffles me to see such a place still standing. I saw a bucket of water at the main entrance, i guess this was due to a leaky roof, even so this is highly unacceptable. The owner needs to run this place properly like the Kenyans do at Swahili Village in Beltsville, MD.

The food is AWEEEEEEESOMEEEEEE! I eat here all the time, Almost everyday! For a first timer, I suggest starting with either the Jollof Rice or Pounded Yam with Egusi; but overall everything on the menu is tasty. This restaurant caters everyones wedding in the PG/DC/VA/MD area - she is a must have for any/every Nigerian weddings. I even see many other ethnicities come here to eat the food. She will add an unforgettable flavor to your wedding or event. I nearly do cart wheels when I find out she is catering an event I am attending. lol, but really... Queensway :-D

I always have a good time Everytime I visit this place. The food is great-most of the time. Looks more Buka-like from the inside but the experience you get is superb and second to none unlike that Bukom Cafe on Georgia Avenue-lousy owner and server. The place should be shut down somehow. I hope this place is still open when I eventually become a vegetarian.

Extremely poor customer services. I went there and myself and the customer were waiting to be served and no one said anything to us the whole time so we al walked out and then I called and still got poor customer service.

This place has okay food but the customer service is absolutely horrible. My son and I waited for over an hour to get just "okay" food. There is no way I would recommend anyone to this place; absolutely no one!

Okay African food (mostly Nigerian food). Service can be slow though, so I recommend you call and order the food before you get there. Prices are reasonable.
