Two of the employees sat on their butt and simply starred at my family. So I waved and said hi thinking maybe they would help us, which prompted them to snicker, laugh and roll their eyes. As we are ordering the same employee gets up and asks what we ordered for some odd reason. She wasnt concerned prior and acted as if she was going to do something malicious to the food by going to the back where couldnt see. I asked that she not prepare our food, which she purposely continued to touch after it came out of the oven all the while ensuring it was mine. $ roaches walked right past my family over the counter. At this point we already wanted our money back but in asking for it, we were argued down and even threatened. At one point the manager wearing a purple and black synthetic wig said we didnt have to argue but could fight. Absolutely gross and pathetically ghetto. The only clean employee was the young man in the back preparing pizza dough who shook his head in the back. I wouldnt feed the family dog food from here let alone my children.

Went hear for lunch yesterday with a coworker and I ordered a personal pan pepperoni pizza and a dozen wings. My coworker ordered a half a dozen wings. We never got the wings until it was time to pay the bill. We were told the fryer was not on and it needed to heat up....that took well over 30 mins and they did not communicate that to us. We asked to speak to the manager regarding the issue for a discount or something due to the fact we did not get our wings. The managers name was Bernita and she was rude and unprofessional with her body language/hand gestures. She stated it was not their fault that the fryer was not on(but your open for business??)and that the wings was only $5 for my coworkers wings and she kept head and hand gesturing while shrugging her shoulders and walked away. I asked her for her name and she said..Bernita. Please dont waste your lunch hour at this location...there was even no pizza on the buffet bar at 12:05pm when we were there. Dont spend your money here.

Worst customer service ever. I placed an order over the phone was told 15 minutes. I received a call from cashier telling me they didnt have any more pizza for my box order. I ask could they accommodate me, she explains thats its not her fault pizza hut didnt make enough dough in the morning. I asked, were they willing to accommodate with a different pizza, she explains after changing to story 2 times, we dont have any more pizza, I ask for a manager and I hear a dial tone. I call back ask why did she hang up and she hangs up again. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...

Been coming here for a while now, the foods always good but the customer service however has been horrible. But I came here saturday night for the first time in a few months and the new manager who was a young lady with braid is so much more PROFESSIONAL and polite than the other two managers that usually work there. I had a little mix up with a online order I placed and she solved it for me with no hesitation and was nice about it and didnt catch a attitude. Not sure what her name was but again she was very professional and knew what she was doing.

GO TO THE ONE IN THE WALMART SHOPPING CENTER DOWN THE STREET!! I placed my order online at 630pm. Came in store to pay about 20 minutes later and waited in line behind 2 other people. These 2 people placed orders. I then paid for my meal. The 2 people in line in front of me got their orders before me even though my order was placed 30 minutes ago. These people have no idea what theyre doing. I will not be coming back.

I really like pizza hut, but will be going to the other one in the area. Multiple times Ive ordered online, waited fifteen minutes and headed to the restaurant, only to find that my food has yet to be started. On top of that, the online menu doesnt match the store menu, so you may end up with a very unapologetic phone call where they inform you, we dont make that, too bad.

I bought 3 Medium pizzas today at the Old Alexander Ferry Rd pizza hut and my mind is made up that I will never eat another Pizza Hut pizza again in life. They were freshly made but taste horrible. The dough was tough to chew and extremely salty. The quality is no longer there. If I was not so far away Ai would have returned them. The service was great but pizza Horrible.

Terrible we had to sit ourselve and the one waitress was at another table for about 10 mins talking. The manger keep walking up to the counter looking at us but not once said one word. After sitting for 15 mins with no menu drinks and the manger even saying hello sorry for your wait. We decide to leave. Stay away from this location. Service SUCKS.

WORSE PLACE EVER !!!! The cashier had an attitude when i asked her for plates she said "you ordered for carry out so you have to carry out. If you wanted to dine in you shouldve called ahead a time" i had to eat from the box. And worse of all they dont have a trash can . DO NOT GO HERE

Have not had pizza hut in years and now I know why. Ordered online and when my wife got the pizza home it was under cooked and looked as though it can from a grocery store. Did not look fresh at all. I wish we read the reviews before we ordered. Bye bye Pizza Hut

I called my order a head of time so I wont be late going back to work from lunch, and I had to wait 20 extra mins... The girl that made my pizza had dreads without a hair net and no gloves on with rings on her finger..

Ordered carry out twice in one week. Went online ordered my food waited a few minutes then left to pick it up. My food was ready when I got there. The food tasted good and the service was good too! They did right by me!

Poor service. Charged me for a soda even though their soda machine was down. Buffet wasnt set up until 30 minutes after it was advertised to start and then they only put out two pizzas.
