Was in the drive Tru about 11:40 Two cars was a head when it was my turn to order I said hello I repeat this like four five times I said may be they are short staff so let me chill my friend notice the menu light turned off I wasnt convinced at all I still sat there with all this the two cars in front havent moved when I decided to leave the front car was a police car I then start thinking may be something happen while leaving the lot the two employees laugh with the head sets on their hands so its like costomer a big mockery how ever this burger king always forget my drinks or something and with this never agian

This place is terrible. Half the staff dont speak English. The drive through took 20 minutes. The neighborhood is terrible too. Everything about my experience here was awful. The guy in the drive through behind me pulled out of line and drove off in frustration. When I got to the drive-thru window I asked the kid what took so long with the guy in front of me. He said well his food wasnt ready so we just had him wait here until its done. I said maybe next time have the car pull off and bring it to him when its ready. He shrugged his shoulders and rang up my $6 chicken sandwich...

One of the most ghetto places ever. The crew is rude. My fries were cold so i asked for fresh fries then the dumb winch asked did i eat any? Wtf duh thats how i knew they were COLD! THEN she had the nerve to get upset because i ask for fresh food that I paid for. BK is going down hill when you guys just hire anybody with a full head of Roman noodle sitting on her head as a hair style. Smh get it together.

We consistantly never get our food prepared the way we ask, its a burden causing stress and generally not getting what we paid for, knowingly they look you in the eye, smile and say have a nice day knowing they messed up your food. My family and I WIIL NOT be going back anymore ti Burger king, plainly they suck and could give a damn about preparing food tbet way you request...we are done....

Very sad atmosphere, the gay manager who gave me my order gave me an attitude just because I didnt hear him say my name, I did not know I was supposed to wait for my name to be called. Wasnt offered any ketchup even though I ordered two meals. One for my girlfriend and one for me. Until I asked a lady.

Great location off 295 north, exit Capital Plaza. Be aware when turning right at the light of an unexpected down hill turn, followed by a quick left turn into the parking lot. This can become more hazardous on wet or icy surfaces. The service is quick, the staff is attentive and the food is good.

Attended this location for a special occasion. I received the worse cutomer service. When I asked to speak to the manager "Ms. Sandra" she was very rude. Poor customer service showed by the manager. I tried calling her over the phone aswell, however she was still very rude. Poor customer service.

The customers that come complain about everything especially black people. They complain about price, food, etc. The menu in-front of them and they act like they cant read or count. They need to go back to school instead of being drop outs. The employees are great and so are the managers.

i went at 11:pm and not even the drive thru was working the worst part was that there was a freaquing guy with a car in front of us getting his food and before we even arrived there were 2 more cars leaving the place

Horrible service every time I go to this location. The manager is always nasty and rude. You can tell he hates his job just by listening to him "take your order" he is so unprofessional.

Wonderful place to eat with great food . Employees are high school drop outs who cant seem to put together a simple request. Except for this one employee TeeTee who delivers everytime.
