Man...This joint is terrible. My receipt says 5/6/2017 12:55.06 PM. I never got to eat the food. There were people, but not packed. I ordered my food and left for 10 minutes. I walked up to the "Body Scents" spot, got what I needed and returned to the store. I simply asked the young man (who was the only professional there) if this ticket was ready! Before he answered, the lady on the registered barked out, "Im telling erry-body its going to be 15 minutes ". I didnt say anything, I said to myself...give this joint a chance. I stepped out thr door, saw my cousin and greeted her and her daughter. She enquired about the spot. I said that me and this other brother(whom looked very bothered) have been waiting, but trying share our dollars with our people. She smiled and said a friend of hers felt smiliar, but hopefully not a trend. I shrugged and smiled and continued to wait. Man, its now 1:45 and still no food. I asked the lady may I have a refund from my card. Her attiude, though suttle, was very present. Sucking of the teeth, talking under the breath and so on. She then told some lady who came behind the counter with baby in arm and she was like "whatever"!!..What? I will like to say very, very nasty things about this experience, but what I will say...It was not good, a waste of time and courtesy. WILL NOT BE BACK.

I do not recommend this place! They have no customer service skills. For my first time here, I was denied service to the restroom because I was feeling nauseous. I was told to go to Target because this is a food place. That is ridiculous! A bathroom is a bathroom for anyone to handle their privacy and because the guy though I could possibly "throw up" in the bathroom he denied be access. Even after being a paying customer. It is about 90 degrees outside and I could have possibly passed out or anything because of the heat and not having enough hydration. A little splash of water could have possibly helped but they did not care. The lady in the back is walking around the kitchen with a baby in her hand while working which is a safety hazard, unprofessional, and unsanitary. I am a Chinese Chef and I have been working in kitchens for couple years now along with dealing with customer service. I spent damn near $30 on 2 meals so for this place not to be cheap, I expect better service. What happened today was very unacceptable. The only reason why I STILL purchased my food is because I havent eaten anything all day. While the food is average, the customer service sucks!

It was my first time going there yesterday. I would mark it 5 stars, but there are a lot of things they need to improve on. The food I got was great and my bf liked it too. If the food was just "ehhh" i would have marked it 2 stars. When we came in and and stood in line we saw the cashier was holding a BABY, looked about a couple months old. Although, she was nice, there should not be a baby back there while u are on the job trying to work. You give the baby to a baby sitter, your friends, or family. Also, for some reason, you cant choose any type of drink u want, they still have things on the menu that they dont serve anymore, they dont always have the ingredients or items to make the meal u want to order, and, from what Ive observed, it seems like some of them need more training. Since I give 2nd chances, Ill come back within a month and give them a chance to redeem themselves. If they do, Ill update this review.

Mac & Cheese is great and so are the Greens. Chicken not so good nor is the customer service. Im actually appalled and dissapointed at how bad the customer care is. Two visits, Im done.

I enjoyed my food. I got the baked wings, Mac and cheese, and greens. Everything was flavorful and hot. I would recommend this to friends and I will definitely be returning.
