This is my local Chipotle and Ive NEVER experienced such rude and careless staff. A lot of the staff looks new and treat the customers terrible. When I arrived yesterday 7/6/17 for lunch, a women in front of me complained that the staff member gave her a tea spoon of chicken in her bowl. When it was my turn to be served I have 3 bowls. One of my bowls had chicken and steak in which the employee only added literally 5 small pieces of chicken and 4 small pieces of steak. I found it odd and actually thought it was a joke until she moved on to my next bowl. I asked her to go back to the first bowl and add a little more as thats not the normal serving. After all 3 bowls had the rice, meat, beans in them it was time for toppings. I asked the next employee/staff member to put tomatoes only in the 2nd bowl. She wasnt paying attention and rushing so she added tomatoes (mild salsa) to the wrong bowl (1st bowl). I stated maam thats the wrong bowl, I asked for mild salsa to be put in the 2nd bowl and my fiance can not have tomatoes. She stated "OK I can give you a new bowl, but youll have to pay for this bowl also"! I stated, "I will not pay for a bowl I or my family is not going to each and due to your mistake I shouldnt have to pay for an additional bowl". She looked at me angry and I immediately asked for her manager. The manager comes out and states "It comes out of the employees checks when they mess up on orders". I stated, " What does that have to do with us... The Customer".? The manager then goes to state "We will give you another bowl but in the future, you will have to pay for another bowl". I stated "This is terrible customer service" and asked for the managers name. She said her name was Andrea. I asked for her last name and she stated that she will not provide that. This is unacceptable and this place is showing a bad example as to how Chipotle should be ran and very poor customer service. The staff here needs to be spoken too and especially the manager!

Gotta knock off a few stars, ordered online and picked up. Got to the car and started eating the burrito only to find there was ZERO, absolutely none, of the barbacoa I ordered online. Went back in and they remade the burrito. Got back to the car and started eating the burrito only to find there was AGAIN ZERO, absolutely none, of the barbacoa I ordered the second time. I am tired of paying for thibgs to be wrong, so, attempt #3. The cashier argued with the lady at the meat area until finally just putting barbacoa into a damn cup and giving me a bowl to slop the mess into. ...3rd time is the charm apparently. Still, Ill return, but will never order online again!

Order online. The food is great, as usual. The wait is insane, with every other meal an online order. Expect to wait twice as long as the line seems. The employees are always different; they must have super high turnover. I ordered online, and they lost my order, never told me (by email confirmation or in person) that they were out of carnitas, and were moving more and more slowly due to the backup of online customers at the cash register.

The servers dont give the amount they supposed to give in a bowl when ordering online, and that is not fear. That is the reason why the store always have long lines, people stop ordering online because of that. I heard about that and proved to myself with the amount of order i made online and buying in store. Not dear. Especially when u put in for extra. Although u paying for the extra. Again, not fear.

I do not like the service the people that worked the Frontline gave people even before I got up there. I could here them. They were kind of rude and they ran out of chicken and had a 20min. wait for more and totally ran out of steak and it wasnt even late. The line was super duper long maybe thats always the case but I did not care for it the service.

You should be lucky you even get a star. Ill never order online again after today because you guys have a habit to forget stuff and lie. So you say that the green chili peper sause and guacamole are in the bowel and I leave and get home and theres no sause what so ever but you charged me enyway and it also taste funny. My advice is go somewhere else.

line is always out the door. they always seem to be out of everything. small portions. service is bad. two girls were having a full on convo while I was trying to order. in and out ( Togo) took at least 20 minutes. but its either this or go to Waldorf. but frankly I prefer cava grill to chipotle. their food is way better with better service.

Nice and clean establishment. Food usually taste fresh. Although I would avoid being one of the first to purchase food for them when they first open at 10:30. Ive have a bad experience, the food tasted as if it was reheated from yesterdays leftovers and I got sick. But anytime I get food after 12pm I have no problems.

Im bring my son to eat here today and expend $25 on dinner for me and my son and this stupid place have locked the bathrooms and i ask to employees for a code and they send me a guy to open the bath and when I are inside the bathroom its not water for cleaning my hands. I never go to eat a this stupid place again

This is my local Chipotle and itS the worse! Ive been 3 times (tried to give it a chance - thumbs down EACH TIME). The rice it never cooked throughly, the chicken is not seasoned well, put to top it off - THE STAFF IS THE WORST!!!! No stars is what they deserve!!! Horrible!!!

Long wait time for my first time to Chipotle. The person who greeted us didnt seem to happy. The cashier didnt pay attention to what we were asking, and lobby wasnt maintained. Staff doesnt seem like they were prepared for a rush. Food was good Ill try again another time.
