CAN I GIVE THIS 0 STARS? EVERY TIME I MAKE A DELIVERY ORDER, THEY COME IN 2 HOURS OR EVEN 3 HOURS. AND THE PIZZA IS ALWAYS COLD. IT ALWAYS FEELS LIKE I AM EATING DOUGH, THEY NEVER COOK IT WELL. EVER! THEY ALWAYS FORGET THE DETAILED STUFF I EXPLAIN ON THE PHONE, AND EVERY TIME I ELABORATE ON MY ADDRESS. THEY ALWAYS MAKE MISTAKES. NEED TO REPLACE THE WHOLE STAFF THERE! THEY ALSO MAKE MISTAKES ON THE VEGGIE PIZZA AND THEY ARE ALWAYS HAIRS ON THEM. THE DELIVERY GUYS ALSO SIT IN THE CAR ON THEIR PHONE AND SIT OUTSIDE FOR 10 MINUTES, THUS MAKING THE PIZZA COLD. LITERALLY NEED TO REPLACE THE WHOLE STAFF THERE. THIS IS A HOTEL, AND I CLEARLY SAID THE FRONT DESK THREE TIMES! EVEN IF YOU DONT KNOW THE ROOM NUMBER, COME TO FRONT DESK AND ASK, OR EVEN BETTER, CALL THE NUMBER THAT I GAVE IN THE BEGINNING OF THE CALL. NOT GOOD FOOD, NOT GOOD SERVICE, COLD PIZZA, TOO LONG OF A WAIT, RUDE STAFF WITH ATTITUDES, BAD DELIVERY PEOPLE, AND THE LIST COULD GO ON. I AM THE OWNER OF A HOTEL, AND I NOW FORBID PIZZA HUT TO MAKE DELIVERIES IN ANY ROOM IN MY HOTEL. THIS HAPPENS EVERY TIME, AND I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS STUPID STAFF. THEY NEVER LISTEN TO MY DETAILED EXPLANATIONS OF WHAT PART OF THE HOTEL, THEY ACT LIKE THEY KNOW EVERYTHING WHEN I SPECIFY MY LOCATION, BUT NO, TRUST ME, IN REALITY, THEY CANT STOP STOP TALKING ON THEIR PHONES SO THEY GET EVERYTHING WRONG. I HIGHLY ADVISE ANYONE WHO ORDERS FROM HERE TO WATCH OUT, THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

This place was a joke last time I went. Myself, daughter, husband and brother. We made our order and after 30 minutes, finally get breadsticks and 1 of 2 pizzas. Ok I get they gotta cook them. Figured he would bring mine out in a couple minutes. After 15 minutes, I walk to counter and he says that mine was messed up so they were making it now. Dude, you couldnt tell me that 15 minutes ago? Take it off my bill, I dont want it. I go to table and notice all drinks are empty as he has not checked on us once in the 45 minutes we had been there. I grab the glasses and go to.the counter. He the s and goes "what do you want"? I slammed the glasses down and walked away. We got a box for what food we did get go to pay and they couldnt find the ticket. Guy tells his manager that he "wont waiting on us" that he purposely refused to bring the ticket to us. We paid and told them we would never be back.

This has to be the worst pizza Hut location. We have been here several times, always trying to give it another shot. The bathrooms were DISGUSTING with fecaltater splashed on the toilet bowl. There is mold on the air vents in the dining room and there is also clumps of dust on the ceiling. Very very dissatisfied with this visit. We will not be back. Not to mention the pizza was not great. The sauce was really sweet on a hand tossed cheese pizza. It was horrible. The waitress was very nice bUT it looked like she forgot to wash her shirt and apron from the last shift and there was a mention of beer on her breath and it was only 11:30..when they open at 11. Horrible. The owner needs to make some major changes to this location otherwise they will be losing service. They should not even be serving food. I think an inspector would shut them down.

Just placed an online order for delivery with this location at 10:40. They close at 11:00. We live close by and never had an issue ordering delivery. However, tonight at 10:58 an employee calls us to let us know "he" stopped doing deliveries at 10:15 and would not deliver. 1st, why wouldnt you call RIGHT after order came in? 2nd, was it his preference to not deliver at a certain time? Bc Im sure the site would not allow you to order delivery after 10:15 if it was a corporate policy. 3rd, REALLY did not appreciate the laughter I heard in the background when you finally decided to call us and think it was funny. Calling corporate in the morning. Unacceptable. Never again, especially after spending all day in Portsmouth at the naval hospital for my grandmothers cancer surgery.

Compared to most pizza huts this is one of the better ones, and for the most part other than a new person, or a few bad apples the staff seem to try really hard, we appreciate their effort, and are willing to keep ordering from them, because every now and then we just want a pizza hut pizza. We do however wish they ran more of the specials, or made them more readily available, it would make the hit, or miss on occasion a little less frustrating considering it is a 40 minute round trip for us, and delivery is not an option, nor is turning around to go back to the restaurant so they can "fix" a mistake that night. Take into consideration that most of their possible customer base is rural, and ...well, they should offer more specials.

We ate there for the buffet lunch. Out of the pizzas that were on the buffet table all of them were something and sausage!!! I recommended to the manager that could we at least have a plain cheese pizza and she took offense to the suggestion. I explained to her that it is always safe with a plain cheese pizza and at least people then would have a choice other than sausage. She still didnt like the suggestion. So if you dont like sausage for the lunch buffet I would recommend going elsewhere in Franklin, Va.

If I could give zero stars or even negative stars I would...this place sucks, always has and always will. This go round, the idiot at the window decided to give our order to the vehicle ahead of us and then tried to take it back and give to us. When this genius was told we didnt want it because it had been in someone elses car she wanted to LIE and say it didnt happen...well since she is so smart she should have known to close the window before admitting it to the cashier...

This Pizza Hut delivered to house 3 times and we paid with credit card all three times and the 4th time i ordered they said they wont deliver to my house anymore because they were i guess robbed in their area but yet they didnt call the police or hear anything about it on the news. Some times my pizza is wrong. it happens often , they are rude also .

I have eaten at a Pizza Hut in 22 different states. This pizza hunt although extremely slow to answer the phone for a call in, has the best looking, best tasting, friendly staff, and exactly how I order a pizza every single until. I would drive a good distance for a pizza from the Franklin va Pizza Hut.

Brought my family there, only ones in there, and after the waitress took our drink order she never came back. When confronted, she said SHE FORGOT ABOUT US! Menus and tables were filthy. And the staff is well below average; Not motivated. If their menus have crud on them, i WOULDNT trust the food!!!.

I ordered delivery from here. Not only did it take 1hr and 30mins but I ordered a large spinach and cheese pizza and they smothered the pizza in barbecue sauce which if you dont know tastes discussing with spinach. I have had multiple other problems including this very instance.
