As usual...they are out of chicken. How does a chicken restaurant not have chicken? I wish this place would gonout of business so my wife will stop asking me to stop and pick up grilled chicken. Or even bettter of the popeyes next door would sell grilled chicken. Summary of visits: often out of chixken in some form or another...sometimes not telling uou until after you pay and wait 5 minutes. More then once i have not recieved the wrong chicken. Sides are not full. Customer Service does not exist.

I could never give kfc 1 star, love their food. However i just wish that when i ordered it, id get what its supposed to come with-- drink, side, utensils, napkins... And when i ask for the missing things, i shouldnt get a nasty attitude about it. I didnt do anything wrong. My half-empty famous bowls didnt even have gravy but i was afraid to ask for anything else from the window lady. Didnt wanna ruin HER day.

Quick service, reasonable prices, and good is made and served fresh. Typically get the hot wings as one of the orders and if theyre not made right then and have been sitting staff will tell you and will give you the option to get what they have or to drive around and wait a few minutes (7-10) depending, and once cooked they carry out to you.

Stay away from this place around 230pm on Sunday it seem hotter inside than outside...One cashier 45 min wait on food..Everyone was walking out...What happen to the happy commercials about KFC..SMH I will just spend my Money at Popeyes..Under staffed or No Air condition..Big problem!!

The service was terrible and the biscuits looked as bad as they tasted! The employees were screaming and yelling at each other. Several other customers were waiting a long time with me as well. Very unprofessional and terrible biscuits. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

Went to drive thru and received hard biscuits and really dark chicken it was like they didnt bother to change the cooking grease. Its bad this place hardly has chicken but to finally get it and its burnt. Wow! What a mess.
