Do not stop here for chicken. The customer service is terrible. I was unable to change my order after receiving chicken strips the size of my pinky. I was told by the manager I could only pay for a new order of chicken. I only asked for a 2 piece instead of chicken strips and willing to pay the difference in price. I was told they could not take the strips back and to make a new purchase. The manager said once the chicken crosses the counter they cannot take it back or exchange it. I have never heard of that in my life at any restaurant. They give it to you in a sealed box hand it over and if you look at it and are not satisfied you cant change it? The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. This happened on 1/2 @ about 5:15pm

The common theme of these posts seems to be the very same, and the most important reason for consternation about this particular KFC. In other words: How the hell can you run outta cooked chicken on ANY given day between the hours of 10a to 11p when your whole reason for existence is to be a "fried chicken store"?!?!?!
