First of all... every time I go through the drive thru: I always have to repeat my order multiple times into the speaker and again at the window. They interrupt you constantly and play off like they either cant hear you or forgot. I will never return because of an incident today. I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru line. When I finally got to the speaker I had to repeat my order 4 times and they still didnt get it right even when I got to the window. After paying (at 1:16pm) they told me I would have to wait 10 minutes for my food and to pull around and park. That they would bring it out to me. I did what they asked and waited for 20 minutes. Fed up, I went in. Here is where I got to see just how disorganized they were. It took them another 10 minutes to realize they FORGOT about me. They apologized, got out a box, shoved tons of fries and chicken into it with 2 bbq sauce packets and pushed it at me. When I got to my car I opened the box... it was messy, the food was overdone, the fries were cold, and they forgot the biscuit. Im more than likely filing a complaint. What should have taken me 10 minutes (or less) took me 40-45 minutes. That is unacceptable. Never again, Popeyes. Never again.

this is the worst Popeyes ever! the best one is bay Sercurity Mall. I went there and ordered my food. the wait wasnt long. When I got my drink they filled it up a third of the way. Then when I asked if they could fill it to the top they put a bunch of ice in the cup lie I wouldnt notice. I get home and realized why the wait wasnt long. they re-fried the chicken. Ive been working in restaurants long enough to know when something is re-fried. this place needs to be shut down. You never smell the smell of chicken coming from them like with other locations. They are never busy. Poor service and dirty.

Went in there a while ago looking for the wicked chicken meal. It was posted on the sign outside so I went in. I asked for the meal and they said (very distastefully) we aint got that.... I asked them why it was on the sign out front and they looked at me like I was crazy.... NEVER going there again. Very disrespectful and rude. They actually did a complete renovation recently.... there was a sign in the window said they were closed. It was probably rats and cockroaches... stay away.

There is always a long wait here and Im not really sure why since they seemed to be well staffed and there is a ton of ready to serve chicken in the window. The last time I was there two of the employees were arguing about giving a customer an extra biscuit, then the customer got involved. Needless to say the manager never came up to handle the situation. It was a mess and at the end of it all I myself didnt get my biscuit with my meal.

I know its fast food, but thats not a reason to stop me from looking at the menu. I hate when you go to a fast food place and they automatically expect you to have the menu memorized and know what you want before you even saw the menu!! Like I dont work here, i dont know the menu like you!!! But they nearly told me to hurry up I was just looking for a minute!! And they didnt get the order right. Thank you.

Popeyes is by far the best chain chicken place. At this location, the food is cooked properly every time. Mostly error free on every visit. As with any FF place, check your order at a glance before driving away. New traffic pattern makes it tricky to get here from the north. Just turn left at the next light and circle left around the residential block.

Service was quick but I felt like I was rushed to order and get out of the drive-thru and half my order was wrong, they gave me spice chicken instead of mild and the tea didnt taste like tea at all, it was like lemonade with a splash of tea flavor and the manager was really rude.

I went there one night around 9pm and they were "out" of everything on the menu! She told me she only had 2 chicken tenders left, and Im fairly certain it was because she was too lazy to make more! The only real reason I go there is to buy their sweet tea, everything else sucks.

Messed my order up COMPLETELY... I went to call back and inform them of the mishap and no one even picked up the phone. Then I went to go and pick up the order correctly and was greeted with hostility. Not going to this Popeyes. I hope that a Churches gets put in the area soon.

There were no clean tables when i came in, when i asked one of the employees to wipe one down she gave me a dirty look and couldnt understand what i was saying. While i ate my food i watched employees standing around as people left, leaving a dining room full of dirty tables

I love the convenience in time on the late nights but EVERY TIME I come in get family sized orders , BIG orders and they literally ONLY give me 4 napkins and when I ask for more they seem stingy and cheap and mad about me needing more napkins after spending $50 on fast food

Egh, wasnt impressed at all. Manager lady was kind and nice, however, they did not have anything I wanted. Granted I went kinda late, I would have waited 10 mins to get what I wanted as opposed to having to settle on something else ie . Food that has been out for a while.

I was at the drive thru on a Friday night, and the people their were nice, took two separate orders from my car, got me taken care of quickly, and the food was slammminnng! N they got both orders right! Im happy they ended my night on a good note

This is the worst fast food restaurant in all of Owings Mills. The staff is lazy and they never have any of the items on the menu. How are they still in business? If you want great chicken visit Hip Hop Chicken on Liberty Road or Island Quizine.

I recently had severe food poisoning after eating chicken tenders and fries. Never again! A whole day at the hospital and honestly it wasnt even worth it the food was cold and nasty...My fast food days are over just because of this experience

I asked for Breast and when I came home they gave me thighs. I came back to get breast and the chicken was completely dry. They did an extremely poor job and Ive had better chicken at other locations. Very embarrassing

A decent Popeyes for the area. Food comes out quick if its not busy. One of the managers is a lady she gets on their backs if the customer service is running slowly than it should. Otherwise the food is delicious.
