WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They over charge you for food and come up with excuses as to why they make over charges. I placed an order today and the women who took my order for delivery was to charge me for $19.50 and instead charged me for $519.10. I drove to the place to get my money back on my card and the guy (I guess the owner Asian older male) was very aggressive towards me, started calling me names and was mad at me for being upset. He did not apologize at all and when told no one at my job will order from them anymore he said he did not care. While talking to my co-workers they said they did realize that at times they charge you $15.00 for a $7.99 combo and say thats just the price. Now I had to block my card after they placed my account into a negatice and wait for them to put my money back and pay for their mistake. Be very careful with these type of people, they might look innocent but they know very well what they are doing. I WILL NEVER COME TO THEM AGAIN AND I HOPE THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE

I just moved to the Rockville/ North Bethesda area and have ordered from the one in Germantown before. Love the food usually but today when i ordered the women on the phone was so quick to get off the phone with me when giving the order. Then on top of it, the food (box of Fries) was cold when it got here. Also I asked for extra seasoning on them and when they got here there was practically none. Then i take a look at the amount they charged and the prices they charged me were wrong ($1.00 more) and then they charged me for delivery (which they never have and the online they say nothing of a delivery fee) Then when i called they kept handing me off to different ppl and then finally I guess the manager talked to me and kept on saying that the prices went up even thought on the menu and online says that these are the updated prices effective March 2013? Excuses and them not doing anything about it, well they lost a customer and word of mouth gets around in my building. Never will order from them again.

I had ordered from them several times in the past few weeks as I started a new job near their location. Ive ordered both carry out and delivery. I called today to make an order for delivery (Im literally only 5 minutes away from them, Im on Nebel Street), they have a 15 dollar minimum for delivery. I wanted to order a chicken gyro with french fries and soda. It didnt quite meet the minimum so I asked to order a couple extra sodas so I would meet the minimum. He said, "we dont deliver soda." They delivered soda to me before. I asked him whats the difference from the last time I ordered soda, then the man on the phone hung up on me. I ended up ordering from a place I found online called Paisanos instead, they were WAY nicer and only had an 8 dollar minimum for delivery.

Horrible customer service. They over charged me for an order I placed for delivery and had to drive to them to return my money. The guy has a horrible attitude, instead of apologizing he got mad at me for their mess. Needless to say, my account was over drawn and they had no remorse for what they did. Although most reviews say the food is good. Its not that great to risk them taking your money. WOULD NIT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. EVERYONE AT WORK IS NO LONGER GIVING THEM BUSINESS

We will not be ordering from theses guys again!!!!! well how should i put this.....me and my wife ordered food from them about 2 1/2 hours ago, no show still and when i attempted to call and see where our food was...it was like they had no clue,the lady on the phone didnt speak very clear english and it was like they were giving me the run around...please hold...please hold...no we want food! Horriable place....our first attempt at chicken basket was a dud!!!!!!

The steak and Cheese Sub is the best in the area! The staff is always friendly and if they make a mistake they are quick to resolve it. I have been ordering and eating here for years and they know me by name now - I have seen them mature from a little store into a online ordering, modern dining, and great priced restaurant! They deliver fast if you live closer to the store or on Rockville Pike. This is the best small business image! Love you guys!

Picked up an order earlier this week and once I walked in the store the older lady came to the counter and did not say a word. She handed me the receipt to sign and slammed the pen on the counter and turned her head while "huffing and puffing". I said did you want me to sign it and she walked away. After about five minutes she returned with the food put it on the counter looked at me and rolled her eyes. Not once did she speak to me.

We have ordered from here off and on for 2 + years. The food is decent, but the service is terrible. They are always really rude and short with me. They also pick and choose when they will deliver. Twice we have called for delivery and they just chose not to show up. They also get our order wrong, or forget something, everytime. So frustrating because I love the turkey burger and the seasoning on the fries!!!

The chicken was umm..questionable at best. It seems like it was soaking wet and the bones were squishy. The aesthetics of the restaurant matched the quality of the food. I do have to say the moz sticks and jalapeño poppers were pretty good. We waited about 1 hour for our food. Service was ok and the prices were a little crazy all things considered. 10/10 would not return.

This place has good food, at a good price. I think they deliver based on if the have a driver working. I have had the owner deliver to me before, when no one else was available. It seems to be family run and owned, which is awesome. If you work or live around White Flint you should stop in a get a quick bite.

My experience with this location was horrible. The man cussed me out over, and over again because there was a mix up with the food. They have no idea what customer service means, and should not be in business. PLUS, the place is a dump....Can you say COCK ROACHES!!!! GROSS I hope they go out of business

I tried stake and cheese here one day and I loved it. They were using the best quality of bread and beef. It tasted great. I stop by this place every time I want to have this fantastic stake and cheese even if this restaurant is far from my home. Ive never had this taste for a long time in my neighborhood.

Love this place! I eat it all the time since I work down the street. The owner is a fiesty Korean guy who is quite entertaining. I havent had one thing I didint like there. Fish sub is great.

Love the place, been coming for years now. Not weekly of course but, Ive love their food. My favorite is the steak and chesse sub. The prices are alright but worth it.
