Worst experience ever. We called in a large order this past Sunday at 4pm for a family gathering. They said it would be ready for pickup by 8pm like we had asked. They confirmed our order, took our name and phone numbers down. We arrive about 10 mins till 8, asked for our order. The cashier lady went to the back and checked only to come back and say it was going to be 20 more mins. We were a little upset because we were going to be late to the party but what can you do. 10 after 8 comes around and we ask for our order. The manager/owner who was at the register by now told us they dont have our order. My wife told them that we called it in and got a confirmation and everything. The guy then told my wife they didnt get any order. My wife told him that she spoke to his wife and him as well and he went on to say that he just didnt have enough time or food to make it. He then denied ever taking the order again. Around the same time another individual who had a similarly large order was waiting also started to complain. He placed his order of 20 pieces at 7:30 and they intially told him 15--20 mins. After 20 mins past, they told him another 15-20 mins. The manager/owner then told the guy, "its not my fault, I only have one frier, what do you want me to do?" then walked away. Then, as surprising to the rest of us, it happened to a couple behind us as well who placed a large order. They ended up making the order for the guy who placed it at 7:30 but would not honor ours even though we called it at 4pm earlier that day. After a barrage of profanity laced on my part (I was beyond frustrated, I couldnt help it) we left. They had the audacity to call us back and say "we have 20 pieces if you want to come get it, well make another 10 but that wont be ready till 9pm". The 7:30 guy must have walked out in frustration so they tried to sell us his refusal. Did I mention, they called back and yelled at my wife and then hung up on her?

@8:15pm 8/27/2017 - Terrible customer service! I waited 30 minutes in a line with only 3 people ahead of me. The line went from 4 people to about 20 very quickly. The employees obviously dont know how to keep things in order. There was only one line in which each customer would go to one of the two available cashiers. People eventually started coming in trying to form a second line, which resulted in a conflict. During my turn, some guy in the second forming line claimed to have been in line over 30 minutes earlier and returned, (which even if true, doesnt give him the right to hold a space in line). He seemed like the typical lower class, uneducated guy who wouldnt mind public drama. The argument was short and the cashier took the other guys order first, I guess because he was a lot bigger, idk. Unfortunately, there wasnt much I could do, especially since Id rather not escalate the situation and perpetuate stereotypes over some fried chicken (especially being the only two African Americans there). They gave me extra food at an attempt to make me happy, but it changes nothing. Nevertheless, the employees were very inefficient, unorganized, and lacked any sense of urgency.

This is without a doubt the Worst Popeyes in America. Not only is the chicken never ready, but I received a cup with a pube in it. Additionally I watched the drink lids be knocked onto the floor, stepped on, and put back into the dispenser. The staff can do nothing right. They did not begin to make the chicken tenders until 10 minutes after I ordered. And as a kicker I ordered a strawberry cream cheese pie and discovered, after I had gotten home, that it was Apple. Apple!! The indignity. As a previous reviewer wrote "There is a Popeyes 5 miles away from here. Its worth the drive." I wish I had taken that advice.

i called for carry out, and the guys over the phone sounds cranky- was rude to me when i asked about the product and deliverey. when i went inside the store i mentioned about the order and one of the representative was rude to me(i think thats the same guy from the phone) there was no politeness and no customer service present in this store. I know you guys in the corporate do not care about the servey but still maybe one day you will realize customer service is a big issue. there is no way of giving 0 zero star???

Bad customer service. 1st cashiers cant communicate in English properly. 2nd I placed a party order with 22pc chicken and large fries, they gave 4 sauce on side, I asked for more sauce since its a party size order and there will be so many people eating. The cashier asked one of the coworker in spanish and she said I have to pay for additional sauce. Also I asked for ketchup but they did not give me ketchup. And their service is slow. Came in to order food, in a good mood, and the elder gentlemen simply pissed me off, first off he throws a receipt at me, and then doesnt give me napkins so I ask for it and he proceeds to grab some but then doesnt and tells me to reach behind the counter to get napkins. Oh well, negative people are what they are, grabbed my food and went back to enjoying my Sunday.

Every time I order, I wait at least 10 - 15 minutes for my food. People who order after me always seem to get their food first. Recently, Ive noticed that their food isnt the same at other Popeyes. Fries are different, biscuits are different, and they give you a small cup when you order a meal were as other Popeyes gives you a large.

I love the fried chickens! Delicious, crispy, not oily! chickens... get it with sweet iced tea. Yum! Tips: if you dont want to wait in line, you can call first (be sure to tell them when youll arrive, I usually called when I am about 15-20 minutes away) so when you come the chicken will be ready for you, piping hot!

Dirty, dirty, dirty. Uninterested employees, food everywhere, on the counters, floors, tables. The area where the food is kept was unappealing and unappetizing. The sides were a joke. The regular side was only filled half way, where I would only get about 5 spoonfuls. Needs improvement in many ways.

Service is slow and the owner has no respect for customers. Hes very rude and cares only about money and not customer satisfaction. He ordered over the phone because our order would take 20 minutes. Our order was wrong and he refused to correct it because he said it would waste his money.

We go first time here but we wait 20 minutes to get only 8 piece meal and tbey guy after me he order 20 pieces his order was ready before me and the chicken was really oily i mean taste like kfc chicken worse....

Used to love coming here. The folks that come here dont know what a line is and the employees dont respect it either. Its every man for himself. Lunge for the cashier so you dont get cut off.

Specialty is Halal Fried Chicken, you will have to wait for some time as it will be made on order only, but if you are craving for some good fried chicken and are near by ... must visit place.
