I agree with previous reviewers, the service at this Starbucks is very inconsistent. I order the same drink every visit and sometimes it is made correctly and 50 percent of the time it tastes too sweet or not sweet enough. Other times the milk is "burnt". This is my local Starbucks, so it is even more disappointing. Also, the drive thru is a nightmare. It doesnt matter if the line is long or short, day or night, the line moves extremely slow. Then the servers at the window are curt and unfriendly, no greeting, no apology, nothing. A few times with drive thru part of my order has been forgotten or incorrect, even though it was correct on the screen and on the receipt. Very frustrating to not receive the correct order after waiting 20-25 minutes. I have decided to not visit this Starbucks again, too many issues. I highly recommend finding another Starbucks if you want to be satisfied.

Very nice staff; however, inconsistent with the drinks. Ive had delicious lattes and "burnt" lattes, Ive had perfectly blended and flavored mocha fraps and, like yesterdays $6+ frap, ones that taste like watery chalk (I threw it out) Some fraps have whip and chocolate sauce, others have just whip and some dont have anything on top (I never say, "without whip). I always use the drive through and dont realize what I have until Ive driven away. Considering the amount of $$$$ I spend at Starbucks, with tios on top, I think consistency is a fair thing to expect.

I am full of positive reviews today! :) This Starbucks (which I am sitting in as I type this) is the epitome of what Starbucks should be. My old Starbucks began to have very poor service. This store has GREAT service, the workers are very personable, it is clean, there is PLENTY of indoor and outdoor seating. The customers range from hipsters to grandpas. The music is not too loud, you can think while working and hear your bff talking to you from across the table!

This is my local Starbucks! The staff are friendly and efficient, and will often give you a card for a free drink next time if the service is slow. Decor is nice and it feels cozy. The drive through is a super convenience, but a bit slower than going inside - the drive-through line often goes all the way out onto Connecticut Ave in the mornings.

Horrible Service. I have been a regular at Starbucks for over 4 years so I feel I can compare diff locations. I go through the drive-thru and the ladies there can never hear me [ I have a pretty loud voice] so I am forced to basically yell, which is not a great start to anyones day. Some ladies there are rude,snappy. I only go out of convenience.

I wish this place had a better parking lot/ drive thru situation. The line is always ridiculous and if you decide to go in, it takes just as long since they give priority to the window. Also, the "A team" works early mornings, so if you go later in the day expect long waits and less friendly employees.

LOVE this dive thru Starbucks!!! Im not even that big a fan of the mega chain but the drive thru is so very convenient. Staff is always friendly and coffee is decent. Try the giant chocolate chip cookie, they are a Starbucks staple that so few remember.

Great Starbucks drive thru, fast service, only issue is being able to exit towards the Wheaton direction is a bit challenging in the morning. Not the fault of the shop but still a bit of an issue when you are in a rush.

Very well run Starbucks. Clean, friendly, nice atmosphere. Drive through can be a long wait at times (during morning rush). I prefer to walk in and order. More pleasant and faster.
