This is THE spot in downtown Silver Spring, the location wins, for the same reason this place has people of all kinds and it gives you the feeling of diversity. Service is decent, coffee is okay, the time I went it wasnt too hard to find a seat, spending time there for coffee and then walk around isnt a bad idea as a local. (Was a better experience when Borders was still nearby, not anymore)

My experience here was alright. The cashier was the issue. She was very rude and sarcastic and corrected me on how I said the drink, yet I used to work at Starbucks. I dont appreciate being "corrected" about my drink order, and I hope the cashiers here can be nicer and learn how to treat a customer. I now work at a Chick-fil-A and I actually know how to treat a guest.

“Service at this Starbucks location was sub-par. There was a long wait to reach the counter, and once there, the counter man was less than friendly and enthusiastic. My latte was decent once received, but again, was received more slowly than at a top notch Starbucks. Restroom could have used freshening, too . . . first stall out of tp.”

For the location i thought it should have been a bit bigger. While extremely busy, my coffee did get made quickly however it was hard to navigate through the crowds. Parking has to be done in a garage down the block. It is very hard to fins street parking.

A few times, the staff have made yucky drinks and have ever so graciously fixed them. Always crowded.. but that says a lot. Nice place to hang out and work. A little dissapointing every time a flier Ive put up with permission got removed asap.

Good service. It can get busy at times, but thats typical for a Starbucks. I would disagree with the limited seating comment. The amount of seating is typical for a Starbucks. Its typically busy and a lot of times all the seats are taken.

just found out Starbucks uses Corn Syrup in their drinks but dont tell you about it. Just walk to whole food around the corner for a tasty and natural mocha made with real and natural ingredients , all for the same price too.

Dont use this company. Dont be fooled by the $29. That is a con. They will not tell you the actual price over the phone because they dont want you to call the competitors. They totally ripped me off.

I love Starbucks Coffee. To me, this store has given me the best taste of a Caramel Machiado coffee or an Iced Green Tea Latte all the time. The staff is friendly, and their services are fast.
