What a letdown. For starters, you walk in and can barely hear your own thoughts bc the music is blaring. Not a huge deal but just shows how unprofessional the establishment is. I used the restroom, disgusting. But again, its a chipotle so I didnt have super high expectations. My boyfriend and I both ordered quesadillas. They came un-cut, and when I asked for them to cut it they handed me a plastic knife so I could do it myself. The quesadilla itself was handed to me in just a piece of foil so I had to underline it with paper towels to cut it so it didnt land on the table. The entire thing fell apart and they apparently dont have plastic forks so I wasted my money on guac to dip it in. And my boyfriend got steak and it was so gross and fatty that he chose half of my disgraceful mess to eat instead. Dont ever go to this chipotle.

Wasnt a good experience at all. The women working there all had attitudes and seemed very annoyed with theit jobs. I know I wouldnt hire them in my establishment. The one who was supposed to fix the food I ordered never greeted me. She never smiled and she rolled her eyes when I informed her of what I wanted in my bowl. Then, she basically tossed the bowl on the counter near the register. The young lady at the register seemed like didnt even want to be there. Very unpleasant experience. Not sure if I would go back if they were ton prepare my food.

This was the worst experience EVER! My first time here. We ordered food online for pick up at 11:30. I got there around 12 and the orders were wrong, the cashier charged us for an extra meal. It just not something I would not have liked to deal with on a lunch break. I thought it was going to be a quick process, but it wasnt. I pretty much spent my entire lunch trying to get my food order correct. NEVER going here again, btw I did not receive FORKS to eat with either

We ordered online. The first time was great, no problems at all. Today, the food was ready on time. However, once we got it home and opened, it went downhill. Both orders were wrong and the chops were incredibly stale. If we lived closer, we would have taken it back to complain. Lesson learned, we will check our order for accuracy before leaving (and taste the chips as well). Disappointed this time.

Went in there today thinking its the same as other locations. O, was I wrong. Upon entering I saw no lines, no one ordering, no one looking busy, yet not a single table was clean. When I was placing my order, there was no beans, no green pepper and onions, and everything that was suppose to be warm was cold. They couldnt have paid me to go back there.

Horrible service. Very slow , portion sizes smaller compared to other Chipotle restaurants, attendants are talking and joking amongst themselves, do not pay attention to what the customers request. Screwed up the order before and then mine. Server repeatedly touching her face when she is serving. Good serfaces not clean.

I received excellent customer service at this location. It was my first Chipotle experience. The staff was extremely friendly and patient while helping me decide what I wanted. The food was fresh and I was extremely pleased with my order. I will definitely be going back to this location in the future.

Bad service, not enough food. The meat is so dry without flavor just really bad quality.. There restroom are not even cleaned. They take to long to cook a quesadilla they gave it almost burned. Prefere going to Qdoba or Chipotle in Pikesville..

I enjoyed my experience at this Chipotle because all the reps were following the health protocols with gloves. Also the service was personalized and prompt. I would suggest eating here to others looking for a quick healthy meal.

I only go to this chipotle because of how convenient it is. However it sucks! Chips are always stale no matter what time of day. Workers talk and act like they dont want to be there. Need people who are friendly.

Chips were stale and extremely salty. The burrito bowl had bad lettuce with a ton of brown spots I wouldnt even feed it to an animal its definitely service with an attitude! No thanks,Ill just go to Mezcal!
