Every time I go to this Chipotle there are large gaps in between my visits because I always hope my experience will be better than the one previous to it. So far Ive struck out each time. I always find that even if the employees are different than the last time I was there, the service is always consistently terrible. Each time I visit Im always greeted by the unsmiling disgruntled employees that work there. Even if I go out of my way to be pleasant I find that my attitude is NEVER reciprocated. I know Im not visiting a five star restaurant and dont get me wrong, I love Chipotles food, but is it so bad to want to be served by a friendly face that actually enjoys their job? Im sure every customer that complains about service says theyre in some sort of customer service, but I am. As a customer and a person who values great customer service I have to say I am severely disappointed in the general lack of it in this location. I like the food, but the service here never gets better and that is the sole reason I wont continue to be a patron at this location.

Its a Chipotle, so expect good food but usually a long line. In fact, its the only place in the mall that has to have a roped-off "corral" for patrons to wait. Fortunately, the line moves very fast and rare is the time you will arrive and not have food in hand in less than five minutes. Tip: Call your order in beforehand — even from the other end of the mall once you realize you are going to walk over there. Boom: line skipped.

Love chipotle but this place does not run well. 50% of the time they are out of something and I have to wait 5-10 mins for them to make it. Some of the staff are pretty blah, not enthusiastic and unfriendly. The other staff is nice but its the blah ones that ruin it; wont go out of their way to fix something. Definitely had to contact corporate twice to get something fixed.

Food taste very good but the wait time is ridiculous. Line regularly loops around the restaurant. These is no logistics optimization and online orders are prepared in the same place as in store orders. I spent 30 minutes and 24 minutes in line to get food on consecutive evenings. Before you go, ask if you are prepared to wait for your food in a standing line for 30 minutes.

Always a good option for a ton of high-quality fast food at low prices. I love this place: the food is delicious, the price is right, and even when they are very busy the order line moves quickly. I also like how they are conscientious about the environment and use biodegradable serving dishes.

My food had uncooked chicken!! I went to talk to the manager just to let her know the meat is undercooked, I didnt say I wanted new food,or I wanted my money back and she replied with an "ok".! She did not apologize. At least an apology would show she cared.

Food here has almost no flavor what so ever. Its relatively cheap and easy so I see why people like it for lunch. Chipotle owns another brand called shophouse which has much more flavor and is same setup just Asian cuisine instead of Mexican.
