temps. Hot food served cold and cold served at room temp leading to food poisoning. Staff will only serve cold food at top of warm food serving dish and will not stir to maintain temp. drivein will forget eating utensils even after request at order and two more requests at pickup window. Update -The fact that Mary received a bad salad underscores the bad food and poor quality control here. Followup visits have not shown any improvement and reinforced the food poisoning risk. It shouldnt take a managers intervention to receive a quality safe food order the first time especially at the drivethrough. I recommend you use a laser thermometer to check the temp of your food at the window before consuming for your own safety if you decide to eat here. Ive had to discard every order when trying to give them another chance.

on aug 30th around 7pm .there was red shirt guy i think he is manager ,very impolite guy ever i were out of dark meat chicken and i was going to order something else ,manager wouldnt explain the how they serve turkey,kept repeating reg or large like robot .and like try to make people mad, i was mad but tried to be calm and order turkey. and he is kept repeating "what two side" like robots again.i was mad but i didnt show him any hated feeling and i told him i am not gonna order here and i walked out, and when i get to the door out.he yelled at me "what two side" at the door. then i realized he was trying to make me mad on purpose

Ordered the Rotisserie Turkey Market Bowl with a side of mac and cheese and a side of sweet potato casserole. Instead of getting the Rotisserie Turkey Market Bowl, I got a nasty bowl of mac and cheese mixed together with sweet potato casserole with bits of turkey thrown on top. When I questioned what was this was the guy told me how it comes? Seriously? They may need to be taught again how to make things on their own menu, mainly how to make an actual Rotisserie Turkey Market Bowl.

Im from Boston and Im the biggest fan of Boston Market...this was by far the worse Boston market that Ive been... the district manager needs to pay a visit to this location because its an embarrassment to this great organization. They had 6 trey empty and the food was cold. While I was there 5 people walked out because everything was empty...and when I got there was 8:30pm. Someone just need to fix the place.

Boston Market Is Amazing The people at this location are soo nice and i would have tipped them If I had the Money to the workers were welcoming and smiles all around it makes it actually feels like home i loved the jokes that the carver told very nice they get 5 starts from me also the cashier was nice and the food was just as hot

I want to retract the mean previous posting, why??? Because I was in recently and mentioned my bad salad, the manager apologized and gave me another salad for free. WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!!! Now I will need to post fantastic ratings to offset the poor one, food is spectacular, staff very wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Most unprofessional Boston market I have been too. Employees talk to each other using words, trippin, shut up, and etc. They are loud and yelling at each other. I personally believe there cant be such atmosphere anywhere, especiall in corporate food places. Im here.rating right now. I am so glad im not returning here.

Nice staff and very fast food Drink machine was out of order, we were not given water to drink. The sides to the dishes are in need of some serious work, but I would really recommend the half rack ribs and the chicken pot pie. Both are very good. Overall unimpressed but if youre hungry it hits the spot.

went drive thru and ordered a Turkey Carver sandwich combo. When I got back to the office and bit into my sandwich I noticed it had NO MEAT! Bun with lettuce, tomato and mayo but no meet to be found. Very dissapointing as I dont have the time to go back and get a replacement.

Our food was fantastic and the service was great. I like how they bring your food to your table now. The one big negative is the blaring music. Its hard to enjoy your meal when your ears are being assaulted. The concept of background music seems to be unknown now.

Food has always been good, and they have a Coke Freestyle machine. The lobby of this location was recently renovated, and it looks much better than it used to. My only real complaint is they never have enough Chicken pot pies.

No ice, soda is flat, lemonade machine needs the cartridges replaced, the chicken tasted funny and the corn had no flavor. At least they didnt mess up the sweet potatoes. Overall the worst Boston Market experience ever.
