My boyfriend and I went in tonight at 8pm to try their rib promotion they were having. We were greeted immediately but was told it was going to be a minute to clear off a table. She walked away and we looked at each other because the place was almost empty [and lacking in atmosphere..no music...hardly any people..]. A whole section, got it... perhaps they were short staffed, but in the area where there were people seated, there must have been at least 4 or more tables available to sit at. We didnt specify on what kind of table, either would be appropriate. So we sat down to wait while looking at their menu -none of which had the promo rib flavors in it- and 10 or so minutes go by and a guy comes in for a table as well. He is told that it would be a 5 minute wait to clear a table. He argues what we were thinking when we first walked in and instead took a seat at the almost empty bar. As he walked away, She said our table was ready but immediately upon standing said "Oh no, sorry, the table still has to be wiped down...it will be another minute." Okay...but you just said..." Either way we finally get seated in a huge booth and the table still has crumbs and bacon bits on it. At this point we are looking at reviews for other Fridays... We werent even seated with silverware and hadnt had a server out to ask for drinks yet. Looking in front of us, there was a whole other booth untouched, from when someone had finished their meal... still dirty. But the same girl that greeted and seated us, had the time to tell the next couple coming in the door that it would be a few minutes to clean that one off. No one had left while we were there so the table had to have been sitting there for a bit. Poor service... what really did us in, was while we were waiting for our server, another one had been pushing a high chair by kicking it all the way to the back, making a very loud irritating noise. It was a very unfriendly atmosphere, to say the least. We ended up leaving before someone could take our drink order, and we could tell it would of been a while. So we got up and took the drive to go to Arundel Mills Fridays, near the mall, where the service was outstanding compared to this place. Well be taking our business there when we decide to eat at another Fridays again.

Lets start by being seating and the hostess saying "Ill have to go find you some menus." Meanwhile a very nice lady came and asked us what we where drinking and got that out the way. By the way we had a 1 year old and a 4 year with us. Almost 15 minutes later still no menu. So upon getting our drinks we requested menus. We wanted to have the specials that are offered so when we arrived I asked if we could get those specials on the dining side. The hostess said "yes". So when we asked for that menu we where told thats Only for the bar area, but our nice server gave us one of those menus with the specials on it since the hostess told us yes. Food came out everything was ok except some over cooked boneless wings. We had to wait another 20 minutes for a replacement. Meanwhile my children have gotten restless waiting and ypu know how that can be if you have LOs. Finally got to eat and flagged her down for the bill... By the way Im typing this while Im sitting here waiting for my bill in which came 15 minutes later inaccurate. Another 10 minutes passes to get the bill corrected. Only to pay my bill and get the wrong change back. So I told her and she looked like I made that up and then I told her she gave me 13 dollars back. When my bill was under 40 and i gave her 60. Only to get change so i could tip her. My change was supposed to be 22. I think she was just swamped with tables and it was a honest mistake. Im a manager at a restaurant and i try to take it easy on reviews but this Fridays really need some adjustments. Ill never come here to eat dinner again. Maybe the bar for a drink if therere lucky! If it wasnt for the server being a nice i wouldnt have gave it 1 star.

I went in for Togo at 645pm. This host was polite and showed me where I needed to go to order. I walk to the back by the kitchen and I see someone else awaiting for food so I assumed its where I order my food. There is no place to stand so I stood waiting for someone to come and say something to me however that never happened. After waiting ten minutes and seeing about 7 waiters/waitresses walk past me I begin to get frustrated. Shortly after a woman gave the other guy waiting for his food and didnt say anything to him then walked away. She didnt look my way however she seen me waiting there. Im 63 280lbs so Im sure Im not hard to miss. After 15 minutes of watching people run all over the place and hearing someone screaming in the kitchen ever ten seconds I walk out the door. If rather spend my $20 someplace where they want it. This is by far the worst service I ever revived at this Fridays! I drove to olive garden (next door) where I was greeted and had my food ordered in less than 3 minutes. This Fridays has all new management and it shows. This would not of happen when James Burnett (GM) was working here. Overall I think Im done with this Fridays and a host of others. Everything seems very unorganized and if you dont work at Fridays you will get the absolute worst service possible. I blame management for putting up with it and making the customers who pay their bills suffer...

Just wanted to say that this dining experience was probably the worst Ive ever had. The kitchen must have got our orders mixed up b/c it took almost one hour for our food to arrive. The friends we were with got seated at the table next to us and were served promptly and were almost finished eating before we got started. Then, of course, the check was wrong and had to be fixed. But this is not even the worst part of our visit. There was a ghetto club atmosphere near the bar and the music was so loud that we could not even hold a conversation with our friends at our table, not to mention being able to talk to our friends at the table next to us. And I hope I dont offend anyone with the term "ghetto", but this atmosphere was definitely not family friendly, especially when you have to have off duty state troopers guarding the door. Needless to say, that we got our dessert to go and could not get out of there fast enough. It was a miserable dining experience. I also heard from a friend that the one in Raleigh, NC off Wake Forest Road is the same way. I can promise you that I will never visit another TGI Friday’s if this is the way the restaurants are going to be.
