I loved this place for some time. However, over the past couple of months, everything that was once great about this place has begun to crumble. The past two experiences have been tereible. The first experience, we ordered pick up. Putting our trust in their service, we took it home (15 min drive). When we got home, we were missing several items (shouldnt have trusted their service). We drove back to get the rest. No compensation. Tonight, we ordered online. When our order arrived, half of our order was missing and this was after including a $6 tip through the online order. We called back and they said they would bring another. Hung up the phone and then they call back minutes later. "We didnt charge you for the rest of your order. Can we charge you?" Sure whatever. Im hungry. A different delivery guy shows up. We sign the receipt. He turns around and says "No tip?" Got the previous receipt. Showed the previous tip of $6. Guy kept arguing with us and wouldnt leave. We got fed up and tipped him $3 just to get him off our porch (we felt bad for him. Not his fault). Again, we were not compensated for anything. In fact, we payed more. I am extremely dissatisfied with this place now and I will never do business with them again. Such a shame.

East Moon is the crème-de-la-crème of Asian food & Sushi houses. It rivals in quality my favorite in this county. East Moon has a more upscale, decidedly genteel, atmosphere, reminiscent of a private club. Everything East Moon offers says "quality," from the beautiful lighting, the understated name, the finely carved wood tables, the beautifully unique (but sensible) wine glasses, and the superb service. The food is just amazing. As an appetizer, the Chicken Satay topped with Thai peanut sauce is perfection. As main courses, the One night in Bangkok breaded soft shell crab sautéed with karee curry is one of the most delicious pieces of Ive ever tasted. The Happy Family is heavenly. The Vietnamese rice noodle bowls are as good as they get.The side orders, such as the soup & salad, are also excellent. Just when you think you cant eat any more, East Moon offers a special desserts, including a unique twist on a fried ice cream that would make a chef swoon. This is the "real deal." Its not very pricey either (about $25.00 per person with appetizer, entrée or shui, dessert, tax, and tip) but truly worth saving up for. Plus they can deliver!

Were eat there last night First of all the restaurant look nice&clean. We have to wait like 20 mins for the server to come n ask for the drink then were order basil fried rice, tom kha soup and 3 special sushi rolls. Rice n soup came out then when were done eating. (Rice n soup taste good) Im talking to my husband and said hope she not come with the check I think she forget our sushi order..... Then!!!! the server just drop us a check n were just like ....ummmm .....where is my sushi ? She totally forgot to ring my order (its 1st time I just want to try their sushi so I let her place my order instead of leaving). Then she said sorry its too busy she kept saying that too many time (Im used to be a server too) she never come n ask everything ok ? Youre guy need anything else blah blah... Thats my 1st time experience n Im not impressed at all.

Oh how the mighty, have fallen! I just went there tonight and NEVER again. The service has declined to one of the worst experiences, Ive ever seen in a restaurant. The hostesses behind the counter when you walk in were more worried about counting money in their pockets and showing each other their tattoos. The waiter we had was so bad he told us if we didnt order right away, he wasnt going to be able to come back! They were too busy and we should essentially just eat someplace else. Like I said, Ive been a faithful customer for years but after tonight Id rather eat out of the dumpster behind the Food Lion next to this place

My family placed an order at 630 pm for sushi and fried rice. The delivery did not arrive until 845pm and we were missing two rolls. Also, the food and bags smelled terribly of cigarettes because clearly, the driver was smoking. When I called to ask about the missing food, the manager was unapologetic and refused to give me a refund for the smelly food. He said he would have the two missing sushi rolls delivered. After waiting another hour, we gave up and went to bed since the food never arrived. We are so disappointed because we have been loyal customers, but we will not be ordering or eating there again.

I met some old college friends here who I had not seen in years. They were there first, so when I sat down the waitress came to ask for my order. I ordered an alcoholic beverage, to which she immediately said "Are you sure you havent already been drinking?"... no, I had not. There were hugs and laughs between us all but within 2 minutes of sitting down Im accused of being drunk? It was insulting and embarassing. I should have spoken to the manager but didnt want to ruin the meal. Waitress needs more tact. Meal was OK. Sushi is nothing special but nothing to complain about either.

This place has VERY GOOD sushi, and their other dishes are great as well. Ive been here for lunch and dinner, they are fast and very polite. The sushi is FRESH, which is impossible to find in Glen Burnie and overall inexpensive. Ive been in and out in under 30 mins for lunch, they deliver within a 5 mile radius for no extra charge and Ive never had to wait long for a seat at dinner. The decor and atmosphere is very trendy and clean, and if you are looking for a good restaurant in Glen Burnie, that for a moment makes you forget that youre IN Glen Burnie. This is the one.

We had the panang (coconut) curry and the peanut curry and both were pretty lackluster and tasted almost the same. The panang curry wasnt advertised as hot, but was much hotter than my husbands who ordered his medium. They give you very little rice with your meal. We also had the Thai spring rolls and those were only okay too. At the time we visited this place was rated as a 4.7 and we were pretty disappointed with our food with such a high rating. Were really confused on why anyone thought it was that great.

I love this place! Ive been to the one in Bowie several times and am so excited they brought one to Glen Burnie. The food and sushi is wonderful. Much better then your normal chinese takeout but at the same low prices. They have nice modern decor and the staff is super nice. Theyve just opened in Glen Burnie and my boyfriend and I have already been several times. Their online ordering for take out is also very easy to use. This is the only chinese food in the area I eat...its wonderful!!!
