The food was good but my mother found a piece of metal in it. We called them the next day asking for the manager. The man on the phone said the manager wasnt there and that the manager would call us back and he never did. The next day we came into the shop to talk to them directly. My mother showed them the piece of metal in her food and asked for the manager. Again, the manager was not here and my mother asked for a refund. The woman started an unnecessary argument with my mother. We eventually did get a refund but we wasted a lot of time there. We were not happy with that experience.

While this looks like your run of the mill Chinese take out place, it is not. Many places the food is average at best, but at China House they do a great job of cooking a large menu of food at a high quality. This is pretty much take out only. The only people sitting are waiting for their order. I usually get General Tso and it is done with just the right amount of hotness and sweetness. Most take outs make it too sweet. Another favorite is the Orange beef, which is also very delicious.

This place is horrible there nothing but crux I ordered food from them and they bring me an incomplete order to my house they didnt deliver the soda and the crispy noodles to come along with the order when I call to complain they told me that I was a liar and basically stole a 2 L soda from me and the rest of the order that I had paid with a credit card be aware if you order from these people because theyre crooks and they sure have bad customer service

Best Chinese food in baltimore HANDS DOWN. My food was so fresh, and cooked perfectly. Best crab rangoons, Crispy and not tough. General tsos chicken was amazing as well. Fried rice was super fresh. Loved it!! Deliverey guy was very friendly, and gave me a courtesy call before knocking. I will definitely be ordering again!

We LOVE China House. The is the best Chinese take out we have had in the city. The staff is always courteous and professional and they always deliver in a timely manner. Plus the price is perfect for the large portions. Keep up the great work guys!

This place makes pretty great Chinese food and gets it to my door in a timely fashion. The portions are large and the price is right. The staff speaks English well. Im really glad this place is in my area, its a model of a good Chinese carry out.

Horrible!!! I ordered bourbon chicken, it was hard and dried out. Delivery was literally 90 minutes. I wouldnt even give them 1 star but I had to do a rating. I ended up throwing it away. I will never order there again!!!

We ordered from the China House on the advice of a friend. Glad we did! The food was great and the value was even better. The Garlic Broccoli and General Tsos was one of the best I have ever had.
