They screwed up my order and I was told to come in to get it replaced. When I get there the guy behind the counter was rude and refused to give refund or replace food. My sesame seed chicken didnt even have sesame was not sweet. None of the chicken had been eaten on any of the meals. After back and forth/arguing and another customer telling them they were wrong he finally issued refund. He still charged me for spring rolls that I forgot at home on counter when I rushed back to replace food. He was extremely rude and when I asked for phone number of manager he gave me the phone number of the guy in the kitchen. The guy answers the phone and responded that he doesn speak english. The worst place ever do not go there. This was not our first visit tbere and the orders have had issues in the past. The lady behind the counter just usually admits to order being wrong and switching the food. The attitude of the guy behind the counter is why I will never go back.

Rotten Egg Foo Yung: But what if your meal is bad? After five years of ordering from Golden China in Pasadena, MD - I had an order of Egg Foo Yung delivered to me, which must have been made using rotten/spoiled ingredients. I promptly called them back and explained the situation. What followed was ten minutes of arguing with them about the quality of the meal that had been served. Essentially, I was called a liar (afterall, no one else had called in complaining about the Egg Foo Yung - But then again, no ones Egg Foo Yung was made using the exact same rotten that egg that mine was made usng). I was refused a refund, made to order a different meal - And then to add insult to injury, despite my inconvenience - They amended my bill for ME to pay THEM an additional two dollars for the replacement meal. Asinine customer relations equal I am no longer a customer...

I order Singapore noodles with vegetables only, and I told them 3 times NO MEAT. I got the order home & it had chicken in it. I called them & was told by a lady to come back and they would make me a new order. When I got there, the guy at the counter wanted my other order back. I told him that the girl didnt say to bring it. He refused to honor what I had been told. I dont know why he HAD to have the other order back, they cant re-set it. I told him that they just lost my business! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!! Never again will I order from them!

If I could rate this no stars I would. Service was horrible. Ordered food and was told 45 min. Hour later still no food. Called to check on my order. Order still hadnt gone out and would be at least another 20-30 min. This is terrible service. I asked for a discount since Ive had to wait so long and would still have to wait I was offered a 20 Oz bottle of soda!! Ive ordered from them before. Food was ok. But I will no longer give this place my business nor recommend them to anyone.

Fast delivery. We have ordered here multiple times since moving to the area in January of 2016. Everything has always been correct and hot. They have the best crab rangoons! They are a little sweet, which I thought was weird at first, but they have really grown on me. Give them a try!

Resonable prices, fast delivery, how good is Chinese, cant really mess it up. Food is good, have American subs and Fries, OK. If your to lazy to go out it is the best delivery I found other then Pizza. Eaten there for 5 years and never had anything but fast delivery and good food.

Terrible. Order shrimp fried rice and the shrimp was rotten. We asked for a different dish as a replacement and we were called liars. We order from here a few times but never again. Very poor customer services and average food if that.

Delivered 40 dollars worth of food to my home and when I opened the bag...Food was all scattered on bottom of bag. Soups..chow mien everything. Refused to redeliver the food and refused refund. Steer clear of these clowns.

Worst Chinese food i have had in a long time. I ordered wanton soup and when i got it there wasnt any wantons..... just soup. When i called them up they told me that i ordered it that way??? Why would i? Never going back.

The employee who answered the phone was not helpful. The eggroll was very greasy and almost unedible. Also didnt receive all of previous order. The fried chicken is basic. Not tasty at all.

Worst delivery service ever. In short, 1 hr 45 minutes to deliver 3 meals. The chicken tasted like rubber and my kid is now sick because of it. Ridiculous.
