OK, its a 5 star for a buffet. Its not like ... Super restaurant good. But for a buffet its good. I love an Asian buffet. Dont need to know what stuff is to order it. Dont have to limit yourself to 1 or 2 dishes. The food is very fresh. When its slow they only put out tiny portions. The staff clears plates quickly. The buffet is huge. Has an entire island just for deserts. Another for simple sushi, another for western food, and 3 for hot Chinese dishes. About 3 times bigger than others in the area. Its always been slow when Ive been there, but the food has been hot and fresh. The place is built like a banquet hall. Huge. Hope their business picks up. I cant figure how theyll stay open otherwise. They do to-go based on weight and there are a lot of customers for that at lunch. Prices are cheaper at lunch but the selection seems to be the same. Decor isnt fabulous, but its clean and modern enough. Good parking. Easy access to west street or go around the back of the block to get back on 2 towards Edgewater.

If youre looking for an Asian dinning experience, I highly recommend "Asian Buffet". The atmosphere is soothing and relaxing. The background music is calming...almost meditative. Last but not least, the staff is friendly and the food is delicious. I particularly like this restaurant because they have foods on the buffet that I dont see in other Asian all-you-can-eat restaurants. If you think youd like eating out where the food is good, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean, put "Asian Buffet" on your list. I live in Washington D.C., but the next time Im in the area, Im stopping by for some good eats!

My husband and I stopped in on our way home from a day trip and were skeptical at first when we saw how small the place was. We eyed the buffet and were very pleasantly surprised to find that even tho the selection wasnt as large as our buffet at home everything was extremely delicious and was full of flavor. The price was right and the atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. I would definatley go there again. Cudos to the chefs and a big thank you to the waitress who was kind to give me another cookie when mine had no fortune in it. :)

This buffet was nice. We came in Im a Sunday for am early evening dinner. The place was clean. The staff is nice. The food was very good, especially for a buffet. My husbands a vegetarian and he found a lot of things he could eat here. Non fish sushi, lo mein, egg foo young, potatoes, spring rolls, steamed green beans, etc. They even have crabs here for me. Nice variety of foods. I would come back here.

We arrived slightly after 4pm so as to avoid the crowd. One of us had salad, and there were many ingredients to assemble. The other two of us picked entree things at random, because we did not know what the foods were. One of us still had room for dessert and had many items. Everything was perfect. I have heard that ancient civilizations know how to cook, and the Asian Buffet proved it to be true.

I will say the food they put out is good but there are many times there is very little of a particular item and you have to track them down to cook it. Honestly, if you are up for the drive, I would go to Hong Kong Buffet in Edgewater which has a bigger variety and is always well stocked. Both also sell to go by the pound.

Decent buffet in the area. I wouldnt go out if my way for this food but if your craving some Chinese food its not that bad. They have about 4 rows of hot food. Sushi is a joke everything is imitation crabmeat with avocado or cream cheese. There are over 5 dishes with chicken in them.

The food is absolutely the best! You could not ask for a better staff. Everyone is very personable and kind. Thanks to a few of the very patient staff I have even begun to learn Chinese! All in all Asian Buffet is worth checking out. My family and I eat there at least once a week.

Very mediocre food, cheap quality, some of the items I tried did not taste good. Prices are too high for such low quality food. I didnt eat much, my husband ran to the bathroom and threw up his first plate of food so he didnt eat anything after that. Wasted our money

Good buffet and even better sushi. Everything is hot on the line and the wait-staff do a good job of keeping your drink full and getting your check without delay. This is good fresh buffet Chinese food. I like it.

Decent variety but the food is of a very low quality. The sushi in particular was disappointing. There was a small fish bone in my food that I almost swallowed. Strange because I had no fish on my plate.

We eat here every weekend food is amazing, always fresh. I love the atmosphere and the service, the waiters are always attentive. Family friendly, the cucumber rolls are my favorite.

The price is cheap with unlimited food. However the foods are hit and miss so you need to figure out what is good and what is not. They are quick to refill drinks. Not crowded.

Worst buffet so far, came 6:30 foods are dry and looks like left over, better not charging me more than $8 since theres not much worth to eat
