Been going to Nano since it opened. Great place overall. Owners are friendly and on the floor if you have any questions or requests. Menu is varied with many Asian Fusion type dishes and American Sushi rolls (which are different from Japanese sushi rolls, though you can request these as well). Having lived 10 years in Japan, I know sushi, and Nano has the best Ive tasted in Maryland in the 15 years I have lived in this state. Their other Japanese dishes are very good as well. I like their Ika geso kara age, but washibi mayo added would be even better. Yakitori is OK, Tempura is superb.

I really liked the place, the servers looked like they enjoyed their jobs, and they seemd to have a great set of regualars. The vibe is very good, and the atmosphere is very comfortable. Id say the owners are quite protective but the product comes out very well. I have had sushi at about 10 places, over the years. This has some avergae and some very good. But for being downtown and at that price with such a friendly STAFF. Id say its quite the place downtown that really stands out amongst the yuppie crowd.

I have ordered delivery from Nano many times over the past six months, and it is always a great experience! The sushi is delicious, Ive only ordered a few of the noodle dishes but they have been great (I highly recommend the Triple Delight), and the service is curteous and AMAZIGLY fast - tonight I received my food 15 minutes after calling, and I live in West Annaplolis, a few miles from the downtown area. In short, I am so pleased to be in their delivery area, and will order from them again and again!

BEST sushi ever! My girlfriend and I have gone here for years and all in all deserves 5 stars (atmosphere, food quality/freshness, value, service) - much better than that overrated crowded place down the street. Highly recommend the crunchy spicy tuna roll, kamakazi, and philly (w/fresh salmon) - nano combination fried rice is good to - its basically a skillet of food for under $11

Sushi was not even rolled, just half wrapped and falling apart. Lunch specials include soup and salad, unless you order to-go, then you pay the same price for just the sushi... Avocado was bad so I didnt even eat one of the rolls. Called and they said " it was fine before you pick it up, no refund, have good day"

Sorry, I dont understand where the "Best sushi ever!" comments come from, but walk up the street to Joss for the best sushi in town. That being said, Nano does have some very good sushi for the price. Plus, if you actually want to be seated within a reasonable amount of time, avoid Joss altogether.

I LOVE this place! I dont go anywhere else for sushi. My favorites are the spicy scallop and volcano rolls. The service is friendly, the atmosphere is fun. They also deliver, which only enables my Nano obsession! I think I order delivery once a week. This place is awesome!

This place is amazing. My boyfriend and I have been going here for three years. The owners are the sweetest, the chefs always remember who we are. The food and atmosphere keeps bringing us back again and again. It is our favorite sushi place in Annapolis.

Pretty good sushi. Average sized rolls. Very colorful inside. Loved sitting by the window. Ive had better spider rolls but really liked the crunchy shrimp tempura and spicy scallop roll a lot. Nice staff as well, and good location. Id return.

Joss is nasty and the restaurant smells like dirty feet! Joss used to be great but unfortunately not anymore... Nano has great tasting sushi, great service, and most importantly NO bad fish odor. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Delicious food that they were very willing to customize and make vegetarian. Try the avocado salad and ask for a sweet custom mango cucumber roll. Very friendly staff and food came out super quick.

The best sushi I have ever had! The volcano roll is to die for. I see people saying go to Joss.Joss has nothing on nano. If you go to downtown Annapolis and you want sushi Nano is the place to go!
