This place sucks!!!!! Was just in the drive through and they state they open at 7:00am. I got there after 7am and sat waiting for someone to help me. No one did so after waiting 7MINS I pulled up to the window and still no help! I waited another 8 MINs in front of the drive through window and again still no help! So then I give up and left as I was calling the place to complain. While I was sitting there people were walking around inside...even looked at me and still I was not helped. I would have even been happy if they told me they were running a bit behind or if they even told me anything instead they let me sit there for over 15 MINS without saying anything. This is not how you run a business!!!!!!! If their customer service plain sucks; I would not want to eat their food. I would avoid this place like the plague! Not worth your time or hard earn money.

Hit or Miss, Roys in general has the best Roast Beast sandwich and Pappy Parker Fried Chickens this side of the Potomac River. The food taste as good as it looks and it always looks great. That said I often question the freshness of certain items St the Fixins Bar(-1) combine that with the HIGH price (-1) I had to give this store and OK.
