What a horrible experience! Came in was seated at a table where it took the waiter about ten minutes to take our drink order. No name/introduction was given. Horrible service. We saw that they were moving pretty slow so we decided to order all of food upfront. Appetizer, meals, and kid meal. So we are sitting, sitting and sitting. Finally our kid meal and appetizer comes out. My husband thought I should replace my drink since it was too sugary. However I declined. The waiter completey walked away...Moving on we sat for almost another 30 mins.. No food. My husband noticed another table had came In drinks were provided right away and food service. He decided to reach the attention of a manager and mysteriously our food is now ready and coming out to the table. We declined the food and left. All in all the waiter with a blue cast provided horrible service to us. The manager was very concerned and apologized. Overall horrible experience. We only came to this location because Fairfax lost power due to storm.

This place had TERRIBLE service. As many people have given it positive reviews, I must complain about the waiters. First, I waited for 10 minutes and walked to my table to find a disaster, setting me back another 15 minutes. Next, the bottom of my friends tea pot was completely covered in syrup (blueberry?) Then, the waiter was more concerned about what was on his phone screen than what I wished to drink. Finally, the cleanliness of the establishment is in utter chaos. I see abandoned tables, empty coffee pots, and plates that havent been touched from when I sat down, to when I left. Save your time and patience and go to the nice McDonalds down the street, or buy a griddle and some pancake mix from the CVS pharmacy next door. Regardless, the only thing this IHOP has going for itself, is the pancakes are very good.

Never going to IHOP again. My friends and I went this morning at 12:30am and saw a sign at the registers that claimed students with an ID would receive a discount of 50% off, when purchased a meal with a drink. ALL of us ordered drinks and even some sides, hoping that we would receive this discount, however when we went up to pay at the end of out meal, management told us that the discount didnt apply tonight! We all emptied our wallets, as we are poor college students to begin with, and left with much disappointment and much confusion. Not only were the customers right, but the employers were wrong for falsely advertising something and not even making an effort to make amends, give us our money make, or take the sign down!

Being the nearest ihop to my home I frequent this location on a weekly basis. And every time I ask my self why? I the breakfast dishes are mediocre at best, and anything else is atrocious. Most items are missing something they are advertised as having, and when I ask for them I am charged. The wait staff is underwhelming at best and the management is to busy yelling at employees in the middle of the restaurant to bother addressing the aforementioned deficiencies.. So if you must get your breakfast fix goto the ihop on Blake Lane or one of the many locally owned and operated restaurants

I really love the ham, egg, and cheese griddle, its my favorite sandwich on the menu. When I want pancakes, bacon, sausage, and hash browns I like to get the breakfast sampler, and I get it with a side of toast so I can still make a sandwich with eggs and ham. The chicken tenders here are good, so I tried the fried steak. It didnt meet my expectation but maybe steak just isnt meant to be fried. I love the crepes here more than the pancakes but I like the pancakes more than the french toast. The wait staff here is nice.

I want to say to thinks, First the food is really good, Usually i came two times every week , But today 01/02/2016 , The service is really bad, We ask for water and we never get the water, we ask for coffee refil and nerver the server give for us coffee refil. Im really disappoint about this servie.

Delicious! A good Ihop, and the waitress was nice. Got a spinach and mushroom omlette, and split blueberry pancakes with something else. The food came in a timely manner, it wasnt five star dining but it tasted pretty good and didnt have any major problems, aka what you could expect from an Ihop.

Walked in and saw a dish washer picking his nose where everyone could see. He was on the clock! Told management and got a full refund. Another employee saw the nose picking too. Just gross. And the food was greasy too. I went at 3:30 AM on February 18. 2017.

I ordered take out a few times here.. but the last time I was there(5/28/16) the girl is new I guess.. she got a little confused with customers order. The Spanish men (I think manager), he was very nice. the food is good, had it cook just right.

We went to this IHOP and were astonished at the high price for a very ordinary breakfast which, at most, should have cost half the amount charged. The coffee was weak and almost tasteless. There are much better choices for breakfast.

Good family place. Kids menu safe for all picky eaters, too. This venue is typical busy during tradition breakfast times and therefore can make wait times occasionally taxing, but I dont see that problem all too often.

They took our name. We waited 35 minutes and we went to check our place in line and they said we werent on the list. So that was our first and last time at that IHOP. Dh says they might of writen down the wrong name.

The service here is great. We stopped by because we were in the area and keep going back. We always ask for the same server because he is outstanding. Food comes out quick and our glasses are never empty.

I recently went here and they renovated the entire place. Looks great, service was speedy and food was good. New menu items were great. Crisscross croissant was amazing.

We LOVE this place! We eat here several times whenever were in town. The food is good but the staff, theyre EXCELLENT. Were treated like "old friends" each and every visit.
