Horrible service and management at this location. After waiting 20 minutes for a single sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, I went to cashier to ask for my money back because I was done waiting. Instead she checked on the status of my order and said that there were only four ahead of me so it shouldnt be too much longer. I said I didnt want the order anymore and since they hadnt started it yet, they could just give my money back. She went to the manager, who was working on the line, and came back to tell me they would make my sandwich now. When I repeated that all I wanted was my money, she walked over to the line and began working on my sandwich. Clearly my $5.50 was the only thing keeping this operation above water... Time on my ticket was 1016, time sandwich was delivered was 1041.

Food is decent but the service sucks... how long does it take to make a bagel? My guess is not very long when you have 6 employees and two customers but I could be wrong. Ive made a few bagels in my life, the average time is about 2 to 3 minutes possibly. 10 minutes seems excessive. Anyways this is twice now, Id be foolish to do a third time.

I used to love Einstein bagel when I lived up here ... on this visit the staff was grumpy, the bagel tasted like cardboard despite being an everything bagel, the cheese was oily, the egg was rubbery, and the tea was bitter ... I literally went directly to a chain coffee place to get something to remove the offense from my palette ...

This is a TERRIBLE location. The service is slow and they never have anything in stock. I really like their bagels, but I never get the chance because I wait for at least ten minutes (even though Im at the front of the line) and then I ask for the thing I want, and they are out. Never coming back here again.

Food is good, service is bafflingly bad. Seems like they turn over a staff every month, which might explain why theyre constantly getting our orders wrong. I dont normally leave reviews, but I feel compelled to bring attention to how ridiculous things are here. I dont think well be eating here anymore.

Never have any of the bagels anyone wants, but they have 1,000 salt bagels, horrible service, the place is set up in the most confusing way possible, and youre waiting 20 minutes for your bagels after you have been called up twice to say they dont have the bagels you ordered.

Ordered one of the signature sandwiches and the cashier turns to the guy making the food and tells him that I ordered a sandwich not a bagel. The guy looks at me and says "ugh seriously?" Same exact thing happened another time here. How about you just do your job

Stoped in for a simple breakfast with a couple friends and family. Had some time to kill. Overall a great experience, staff was friendly and patient. Service was spot on. Coffee was a bit bitter but I didnt go for the coffee. Will come back

The servers here are incredibly courteous and pleasant. Go here regularly and they will remember your name. Fantastic breakfast options and their nova lox sandwiches are pretty amazing. Always both a friendly and efficient stop.

Only come here because of the bagels, the service is the worst! No organization whatsoever, minimum 30 min wait for a bagel, with 7 people behind the counter, ridiculous. Amateur hour at best, avoid at all costs on the weekend

I never miss a bagel from here when I am in the area. The staff is great, high changeover, but consistent. You do not have to be jewish to eat bagels either. Nor to you have to drive to NY to get a good bagel. Its right here

The food is incredibly good here. Bagels are superb and the jalapeño salsa shmear is to die for. The service is really bad. Half the people barely know their own menu. Look for Brenda, does it perfect.

Ive had nothing but terrible luck at this store. Hey never have the bagels we need but always have stacks of weird bagels no one eats. Ive begun driving the extra five minutes to Tysons for bagels.
