5 stars for the service. But 3 for food... Baked Mac and cheese is literally Alfredo sauce with some sort of pie crust crumbs. ... Alfredo isnt mac and cheese, its Alfredo and penne pasta, guys cmon. Use real cheese. Not to mention... Their deep dish ziti with sausage... The sausage had a really hard piece of something in it, hurt my fiancès tooth... Is it a bone or piece of plastic? Poor choice in meat quality I guess.(quality of food is all over poor)

Beware of the new price menu. We were expecting a small wedge salad and a small pizza to be $6 total but it was $6 each for a total of $12. This, as opposed to my lunch which was $7.99 for a much larger pizza and all the soup you could eat. Deep dish pizza should not be served on a piece of wax paper that gets soggy and gets cut up and becomes part of your meal when you use a knife to cut the pizza.

Had a very good pizza, a Chicago Classic, and came back for another to take on the plane. This is a true Chicago style pizza, far superior to many others, but it is different enough that some may not care for it, but to call it gross is just plain ignorant. I am all over the country, and if there is an Unos around, I will go there,,,,,,, and enjoy

More than a pizza place: a menu that has interesting dishes, changes with seasons. I disagree thats its typical "chain restaurant" fare. I think they are doing unique things. Who would have known I got an excellent steak here? You can eat light or hearty; they have an imaginative and varied menu. Im never disappointed at this place.

It sucks, the only reason they have a buffet is because they cant garentee. They had no plain cheese or original pepperoni. You think they had brownies but it was some kind of cake. One more thing they took the pizzas out of a locker. I also just saw someone endanger themselfs and while he did so they server did NOTHING about it

Waitress was very attentive. The manager was very personable. The food and drinks were right on the money. I had a sampler. It was nice and hot, along with some soft pretzels. Absolutely delicious!!! A rainy 4th of July night out with my daughter. Enjoyed it!!!

They have a large variety of food on the menu, from all-you-can-eat soup and salad to pizza to burgers and entrees. Wait staff is always friendly and keeps drinks filled. There is a full bar and the place is clean with plenty of easy parking.

I love this Unos! The interior is particularly beautiful and clean for a chain, the food is delicious, and the manager Sarah really went out of her way to make sure we had a nice time. I will most definitely return!

Clean, quick and tasty! Standard Unos fare - Chicago-style deep dish. The food is consistently good. The service is excellent: fast, friendly, and aware if your drink is empty. Definitely a good value!
