Bonefish used to be a good bet, but I regret to say times have changed. Yes, the menu has some new items which is refreshing, however there is no longer any value nor bang for your buck. After many many years of loyalty, I do not know that I can consciously revisit this establishment. If youre gonna charge what you charge, you have to atleast match the service and quality of Sweetwater. At this price point, there are just better alternatives without searching too hard. I decided to go in for an early dinner to avoid the dinner crowd. What used to be a giant Cobb Salad with a healthy sized piece of salmon has now been replaced by a 1 1/2 cup of greens, some gorgonzola crumbs, 4 cherry tomatoes, some small diced cubes of avocado, some pieces of mango, and a dainty 4 oz piece of over cooked salmon. My eyes grew upon being served this appetizer sized plate that I was about to be gouged for upwards of $17. I thought there might have been two sizes and that I perhaps ordered a small. Nope, it is what it is and it is $17.35. For an extra $1.50, I could have gotten an 8 oz filet of salmon, a seasonal vegetable, and a side salad. I dont even understand the logic behind the aforementioned, just that I made a bad decision, was disappointed, have a bad taste in my mouth, and went home famished. My daughter didnt care for her meal so I quickly ordered her another meal, a kids mac n cheese. My disposition went from calm, to impatient, to frustrated, to angry when I was able to slowly finish my meal, have my plate taken away, and questioned as to whether I would be having dessert all the while watching a 7 year old try and patiently savor a couple slices of bread while a small bowl of macaroni could be brought out :20 later. I am accustomed to having the manager (David) or one of his assistants drop by to check in. Im not one to complain, but I actually glanced around the entire meal looking for someone I could share my disappointment with, however I had no such luck. Had the service been average at best, it might have salvaged Bonefish as a future dining option. Unfortunately, that fell far short of minimal expectations as well. Alas, it is all too true, a good name is a result of many actions and lost by one.

My family brought me here for my birthday, it was a Monday night so the place had like 3 tables taken. We waited at the front desk for about 5 mins and mind you waiters are walking by, looking at us and just kept going. We sat down and waited again and was greeted by an unpleasant, tired waiter that all she wanted was to go home. The food was alright no what we expected. We had the crab cake sandwich and I had the steak and crab cake and a kids meal. Oh mind you they did not have a kids cup for my 3 year old. When she got our drinks she brought the apple juice in a soda glass, when I asked for a kids cup she said there wasnt any! Worst birthday dinner ever we just paid and left! Horrible experience!!

Service had gone down in terms of quality. 1 of 3 dinners were good but of our dishes contained shrimp and still had the tails on, which we werent aware of. When we voiced concern our server told us "that is how they are presented. Next time let us know." How did they know we would come back? I dont want to de-tail my shrimp. Ever. Waiter dropped a fork in a member of our tables hand, wasnt concerned about it at all. The appetizer dished, side dishes remained on the table well after we were done. Sad because we has been looking forward to coming here for a while. We have been regulars for years but had not been there since August. The overall decline is really notable

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants. After paying the check for the very tasty meal, my husband pointed behind me and said "Whats that on the booth?". It was a cock roach. Now I know cock roaches are not foreign to restaurants, but I was most surprised by the managers response. He didnt say Im sorry, Ill take care of that. He said "We just sprayed yesterday." And he walked away, leaving us with the cock roach sitting on the booth behind me. I am still astonished. Will NOT be going back to spend my money at this establishment again.

This was one e of the best meals I have ever had! I won a free meal (a food excursion) for 10. The food was great, the appetizers were great, the desert was great (loved the coconut pie), and the espresso martinis capped off the night. The bang bang shrimp are a must. We had tuna that was very meaty and perfectly cooked at medium rare. We received some great scallops and shrimp. We received some amazing sea bass that was great. Lastly we had some salmon that was perfectly cooked. I could not have asked for a better evening with friends.

Went in for Sunday morning brunch. The hostess and waitress were nice, however the waitress seemed uncomfortable or inexperienced in explaining dishes and sauces to our table. I had the bang bang shrimp tacos recommended by the waitress. They did not taste terrible, just bland. The food was not worth the price and the service did not redeem what was served.

Need to try more of their menu. BUT so far would highly recommend their bang bang shrimp. Its the only reason I gave them a 4th star. Well besides the fact I cant give give a half star (3.5) rating. Most likely I will be editing this review soon as I am going back tonight!

Our first time dining in at this location. Food tasted OK. Order a Med rare steak and received a Med to Med well steak. Fries were not fresh. Wish service would have been better. Our server Shauna B did not offer refills, forgot an order.

Awesome environment, staff extremely friendly and professional, everything was so delicious and the prices very reasonable, definitely Im recommending this place to my family , friends and coworkers, and I will be coming back soon!

Service is very good here. Servers are very attentive. My kid has food allergy and they are very willing to accommodate. The atmosphere is relaxing. A bit on the pricey side but not bad considering that it is a seafood place.

Arrived at the start of dinner. I was seated promptly and the waitress arrived promptly as well. Ordered the crabcake dinner and it was delicious. The restaurant is decorated with white lights which gave an intimate ambience.

They provide decent service, but I find the menu to be a bit limited. The food is okay, but I dont think it is worth the menu they charge for it. Also, the dining area is a bit loud so its hard to have a good conversation.

Waitress was great although my husband had a new menu item that was far from appetizing ,18 oz rib eye was fatty and tough, there was no seasoning on the steak it was so bland, $30 steak not worth it

Food was and always is - great. However: 2 Dirty salad plates. 1 Smudged water glass 1-3 inch sweet potatoe stem in mashed.. (how do you miss that?) No discount. Not their best day.
