We came here early in the evening on a Saturday. There was no wait, so we were brought to a table. We sat there for about 20 minutes and nobody even paused by the table to say "Ill be right with you guys". We were right near the entrance, and about 6 waitresses were gossiping at the hostess stand and playing on their phones the entire time only about 5 feet away from us. If they arent going to do their jobs, management at least might want to make sure the employee conversations arent so trashy that they just confirm the steryotype. If you want good food, good service, and pretty women (which, they are also lacking at the Kilt), save the trip and just haul your cookies to Hooters. Rockville and Hagerstown are both worth the drive over this hole. At the 25 minute mark, we got up and left. A friend who was with us stopped by the hostess stand to let them know we were leaving because wed been there for 20+ minutes without any service. They just stared back, probably due to lacking the necessary IQ to process that. We went across the street to BJs brewhouse where we were greeted within 45 seconds of sitting, had cold beer in 3 minutes, and food in 10. The best thing about the Tilted Kilt is theres a close and really great option when The Tilted Kilt disappoints you.

Went there for the first time last night with my husband and friends. The hostess sat us at our table for 4 with one menu and said shed be back with more but never returned. The only saving grace for this experience is our server, Shawn, who was very sweet. It was not that busy, but once we ordered our food, it seemed to take longer than reasonable to come out. Once our food did come out, we realized we had never been brought silverware or napkins. We had to wait to eat until silverware was brought. My fried pickle ranch burger came with no ranch on it. One entree was served on an obviously dirty plate with residual food stuck on it. It was sent back and a new entree was never brought. When Shawn did check back, the rest of us were finished so we just asked her to take it off the check. We never saw a manager, no one ever checked on us, with the exception of Shawn, even though it was obvious that we were becoming more unhappy by the moment. The food wasnt terrible, but the clear lack of concern for patrons satisfaction on the part of management will keep me away.

I was there with a group of people playing a golden tee golf tournament and had been there all day because of the tournament. I was made aware of the sub par service before arriving. When I was served by my hostess I pre tipped her $20 hoping to get better service. I cant say that I got bad service, but Ive had much better. I was approached later in the day and was asked if I was driving, which was understandable. After confirming that I wasnt driving, I was told the manager said if I didnt order food, I would no longer be served. I refused. A few minutes later, a friend purchased me a beer. The manager then informed him and the others that if anyone purchased me a beer after that, the whole group would be told to leave. Now, I could understand that if I were causing a problem, I wasnt. This kind of treatment is unjustified and inexcusable. I could go into more detail, however, I just wanted to let people know how unprofessional they are. NOT ONLY WILL I NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT TILTED KILT AGAIN, ILL NEVER SET FOOT IN ANY OTHER TILTED KILT!!!

On a Monday afternoon, when there are hardly 3 to 4 customers and your sitting in the bar area and your eyes are in a good shape, you probably do not want to hear something like "I am the only one serving, please bear with me for 2 minuteshon", it not only sounds ridiculous but also sounds stupid on part of the bartender who seemed dumb anyways. I ordered a beer, my wife ordered some wine. It took the bartender 20 minutes to get the drinks with like may be 4 to 5 people in the restaurant. We thought of ordering some food, but thankfully just got out and went to apple bees across the street. This place lacks service, etiquette, discipline. PATHETIC PLACE BY ALL MEANS

I gotta say that after a long day at work I needed a place to wind down. Let my hair down and have a nice dinner. Service and staff was amazing. Thank you Anna. No words to express her professionalism and looks of course. Food was a bit on the overcooked side..crispy ribs. As she notified her supervisor of the issue it was not long until supervisor corrected the problem with I must say a short waiting period. I would definitely recommend this location in Maryland to anyone. On the other note they had karaoke on this Thursday evening I requested to sing fly over states but after a few cold ones I kinda killed the song ..my apologies Jason Aldien

Looking for a wings replacement to our longtime fav, Hooters in Rockville. Didnt like the wings here. Not a fan of the ribs service. A "Big Rack" should look like the menu pic. But aside from that.. they are a 2.5 on the ribs. The mozzarella sticks and the cookie were the highlights. Server was "there". Never had to hunt for her, and personable "enough". Just would have liked better food. Drink was "ok." We went when they first opened... didnt find reason to go back till now. Not sure if and or when we might return.

The same as White Marsh. If you are two regulars, you get a manager at your table and the waitress sits with you while ignoring the non-regulars that are there to grab lunch. Very poor service. Upon stopping at the hostess stand, I was asked very sarcastically "just you, do you want a table" I guess if you are by yourself you do not deserve a precious table! It wash"t crowded, plenty of tables available Managers : Go to TK in Hagerstown and learn what customer service is all about

We had a party of 12 that planned to eat and stay to watch a football game. We had long waits for our drinks, long waits for our food. Once our food came, nobody had any utensils and our waitress disappeared for a while. We had to flag her down to ask her for utensils. We ended up getting up and leaving after finishing our food due to being unhappy about the service. Our waitress didnt even seem to have a clue about how unhappy we were and offered no explanations for anything.

So Ive been sitting here long enough at the bar ( 3 others are here and getting service) to write this review before ever even being greeted or acknowledged we are at the 16 min mark now cant miss a 8in beard and bright red CAPS shirt this is very very sad to see how unfocused on service this place really is hiring good looks does not get you good employees.......now at the 24 min mark and still no hello or what ya drinking from anybody

It was my first time going there with my son and we had a wonderful experience the waitress recommended the parmesan garlic fries with my spicy chicken sandwich and it was delicious everything was and the service was fantastic very polite very nice refilled my iced tea without me asking everything was wonderful first-time experience excellent and the food was great too thank you
