Very disappointed with the service and waitstaff. Asked to have food at 10:05. Said no food service after 10 although others were receiving plates of wings at 10:30. Seemed they catered to the regulars and forgot about the new group that could potentially become regulars. Saw a man carried out because he was so drunk and nothing was said to him while the police were called on a woman who was simply having a fun, slighty louder, time. Very odd vibe from the place. Its a shame since it is on the water and could attract a great crowd. On the busiest night of the year for having a fun night out (Thanksgiving eve), the place was void of patrons. Will not be going back. There was a cute place right next door. Will try that one!!

Today is the 4th of July. We were hoping for a nice late lunch on the water to cap off the afternoon. I called to verify that they were open and we set out. We were seated on the deck with a nice breeze coming off the water, ceiling fans humming and great music playing. Suddenly it all came to an end. The whole area lost power. Our waitress was wonderful, she was still able to get our lunch out to us, (we ordered sandwiches) minus the toasted rye or fries...it did not matter. Everyone on the staff adapted. Especially our waitress. Our day could not have been better.

Outdoor seating is fantastic; you are sitting right on the water. However, the food was very poor in comparison to the atmosphere, and that was a terrible shame. I had the fish and chips, but the fish was only 1/8" thick and tasted of cardboard, and my wifes orange crush seemed alcohol free . An upgrade of the food quality would make this a great place, considering the beautiful waterside setting. By the way, there seemed to be quite a drunk and rowdy crowd forming as 8:30pm on Saturday rolled around. So really seems to be focused on drinking more than food.

My wife and I frequent The Riverwatch for "Date Night". Atmosphere is wonderful in the dinning room. Menu selection is outstanding with several choices of Seafood, Chicken, Burgers, Pasta, and a oustanding Filet Mignon. The Bar area is exciting, Fri/Sat nights the areas best local bands. Typically Dance, 80s or Alternative Rock. Bar staff is friendly and very personable. If you are looking for a nice evening out without breaking the bank, check out The Riverwatch. Give them a try! You wont be dissapointed!

I ordered Mason Dixon which is half Md Crab Soup & half Cream of Crab I LOVED IT! Could have made a meal of it alone. Our friends loved the fries...I also had a Great burger....Friends brought us here on their boat so it sits on the water & is a lovely view. 3 stars is due to a slight unmarked rise from restaurant to pier & our friend tripped & fell into my husband...Thank goodness he is strong enough to break his fall as our friend is a big man! They need to fill that in or ramp it in some safe way...

It was not a great experience to say the least. There was a huge fight. I was hit, had silverware thrown in our direction, had drinks spilled on me and our food. I understand fights happen in bars but the security should have removed those animals immediately. It was too long of a delay by security and the chaos would not have lasted if they had just been removed. I gave one star only because the bartenders were great and gave amazing service. We will not be back again.

Spent Memorial day Sunday at Riverwatch with friends for the first time (for us). DJ "Drew" was HOT and seamless and the Band Crushing Day was also excellent, spot on with a wide variety of sounds each song flowing into the next like a well rehearsed play. The place was packes, we took the shuttle from the firehouse without incident. Very fast, very courteous bartenders.

What a horrible experience went for Mothers day dinner waited in line for 30 minutes woman that was seating people very rude and short patience.You would think for a holiday it would be very well organized (NOT) .We finally were seated and just sat there for awhile without being noticed.We ended up leaving because of it will never go back 2nd bad experience with Riverwatch.

Standard fare Maryland bar food. Water had a funny taste to it, as if the bar dispenser wasnt cleared out from pouring whatever was in the line previously. Food was average. Lady ordered crabs, they didnt offer claw cracker, just a wooden hammer. Outdoor space is nice, they have a focus on live music and several bars.

Fun place, on the water. Good service, decent food. The one drawback for me was the smoking allowed everywhere outdoors. There isnt one designated area for smokers, so people are walking around with cigarettes. So it doesnt matter where you sit outside, be ready to be surrounded by cigarette smoke at any given time.

Dont ever .....ever.....ever come here for lunch ..dinner or breakfast...food had little flavor and the audacity to be expensive ....we had a buy one get one free coupon and Im still complaining because my free entree was horrendous!!! Bye bye

Bad food. Frozen hamburger patty, stale bun. Cook messed up my order and re made it correctly. The chicken salad wrap was tasteless. Had to use salt to add a flavor. Dont eat here, come for beer and a water view.

This place was a disaster. I came hungry(I mean real hungry),left hungry. The crab dip was without taste,same with the pizza. I was thinking about leaving that place without paying.Never again!

Great place to unwind. Good food if you order the right thing . some bartenders need a break from people to get orders right but over all good place to hang. The sands stupid in the back bar.

They are right on the water with outdoor seating available. They just updated their menu too since the last time I was here. Food fills you up and they have weekend entertainment.

The atmosphere is very crowded, the drinks are expensive and the food is awful. On Sundays the place is jammed packed with older biker/wrinkled ladies. Eeeeh.
