I used to order from here when it was anzios & naz so I figured Id give it a try. I called in a pick up order of a chicken ceaser salad & a chicken shawarma, they said 15 to 20 minutes. I waited the 20 minutes still not ready. An hour later it was finally ready & even though the wait, it was good. We ordered 2 chicken ceasers salads tonight 10/2 & it came in around 40 minutes or so but it was just one salad. Called & the girl on the phone said it wasnt her problem, she doesnt know why the driver would leave with one salad, the manager wasnt there to speak with & they didnt have the drivers number. I told her I wanted my money back for the 2nd salad & she said fine. The driver got back, threw the salad at me, wouldnt return my money & left. The chicken on the first salad was cold so I couldnt even imagine the 2nd one. By the way, ice cold. I mean this restaurant has been changed 3 times & they still cant get it together. Horrible on pick up orders & even worse on deliveries. I will not be ordering from here again.

My girlfriend and I just got back from trying this place. We had the dinner for two meal and it was incredibly delicious. The lamb chops were so tender you didnt have to use a knife, you could just bite it right off the bone. Pretty much a perfect experience. The manager came out himself to make sure everything was delicious and the staff was very responsive. Price for the amount of food was perfectly reasonable. 10/10 would recommend going for anyone who wants authentic Turkish food and lives in the area.

Thought i would try this place out since Ive been overseas ands have been looking for a good shwarma but when i walked in they turned me around saying they just closed the kitchen, 2 hours before closing. the open sign was still on. Literally super upsetting. If you cant keep your word about open hours then why would i believe you have good food. Bye Felicia

Ordered delivery. Meat was good, but unfortunately everything else was a bit disappointing. Salad wasnt seasoned or dressed (we added oil and vinegar), rice was mushy, and the baba ganoush had more roasted pepper than eggplant. This restaurant would probably be a good option for lunch or if you just got a wrap. But for $40+ for dinner, sadly not worth it.

The price and the portions are very good. We spent 33 for lunch for 2 with an appetizer and tip. The service was a little off, with the appetizer coming immediately before the main meal, and being a little slow overall. The food was good examples of what it was supposed to be, but not amazing. Total time for lunch was just under an hour.

A quiet and humble little hole-in-the-wall. The atmosphere isnt awe-inspiring, but the restaurant is clean and the service is good. I had the Donor Kebab (sliced beef with rice, pita, and vegetables) and it was delicious. Its a bit expensive but the portions are generous. Overall Id definitely come here again.

On the website, it gave us an option for delivery.... when we put the order in it told us we can pick up at a location. I called and asked if I could cancel the order... the lady gave me nothing but attitude, cut me off and hung up on me... Extremely rude. Will not be buying from here again.

Great food HUGE portions. Management and wait staff were very attentive. I had the Izmir Kofte Kebab which was delicious. I tried my wifes dish which was the Turkish Pasta w/ Feta which also was very good. I would highly recommend Kebab House to everyone.

The best food in Hampton Roads period. Try their kebabs as the meats are tender and amazing and spiced perfectly. Their wings are also really good. Great for delivery when my family doesnt know what to do for dinner.

We went during an off peak period but service was fast and attentive to our needs. Food was of generous proportion and tasted great. BTW:. My wife and I lived in Turkey so we know what it should taste like.

Ordered the meal for 3-4 people. It was overcooked to the point of being inedible. The helping was not worth $43. The best part was the pita bread. Will not go back or recommend this to anyone.

Came here for lunch and was pleasantly surprised! Food was fresh and very tasty. Kebabs were a very big portion served with sides. Turkish coffee was a fine addition to the meal.

Super good food. Truly authentic. The owner puts great care in sourcing the meat and produce. Turkish clchefs cook it to style. Portions are large but save room for desert!
