I cannot believe that even one of my party members believed going to this eatery was a good idea. Upon entry into the establishment, we were immediately greeted by a Maitre Dhotel who continued with his business without even an acknowledgment of our presence. After an approximate 10-minute wait, despite the slowness of service telling by the dozens of empty, however unwashed and uncleared tables, we were directed by a server who evidently wanted to spend their Sunday morning elsewhere to our respective spot. Time ebbed and flowed and after we placed our drink orders, a customer got into a verbal altercation with another sever regarding the fact that they were not even served (a good sign clearly). When we finally placed our food orders, we waited another extensive duration which was NOT worth it. My Florentine Crepe was a soggy pancake with chicken in it and one of my buddies was served with a to-go box. The scrambled eggs were a pile of mush and the coffee used to wash all of this down tasted of dish soap. We could not depart soon enough, but service maintained its high standard and took an extensive duration before presenting us with our check. Our check was of course incorrect and needed to be altered. Terrible, absolutely, but what more is to be expected from an iHop? Avoid this place like you would the plague.

I have been to this Ihop twice before and had no problem. The server I normally had was extremely kind and attentive.However on December 23 I had a different server and I went in for my usual chicken cobb salad (the chicken was grilled). The salad was okay except for one thing. The chicken was not cooked through. It was cooked on the outside and raw on the inside. Which I only noticed after I ate a piece that wasnt probably cooked. I brought it to the attention from the server who took the meal back and recooked my chicken. No apology from the manager, and no offering me any sort of compensation for possible food poisoning. So if you do order anything with chicken check it before you eat it.

I had called my food in. The young lady said 20 min turned out to be an hr. I paid for my food....afterwards they told me some items I ordered was no longer available. The food that I did get was not completed or right. I got half meals......the service SUCKED. The receptionist/cashier waited to serve me after I was standing there for twenty minutes and she was rude. She had an attitude as if I made her come to work. She served me after a group of young people who she knew by first name. The manager just looked on. Sorry but never again will I give them my money. This was truly horrible. This is the third time this has happened.

Under new management is what they say. I loved the old management. They never rushed me to pay for my meal before I ready to leave. The waiter asked if we were ready to pay. We said no because we were still talking not more than five minutes of putting my spoon down. Then this female and asked the same question, Id just answered for the waiter. I said Ill pay like I usually do at the register. She told me that the waiter had to do it at the table. nonsense. then he comes back to the table with out the correct change. somebody needs help with customer service skills.

This Ihop was decent and then went downhill with management changes. My husband and I avoided it, but recently went back. It has improved over the last couple of years and has been remodeled. The interior is nice (I have seen some kinda gross Ihops). The waitstaff has always been friendly and timely. The problem used to be with the kitchen and the conflicts between waitstaff and kitchen, which resulted in slow service and arguing amongst the 2, but it seems to be resolved.

Worst experience of my life every time I go. Took 20 minutes to get our drink order in, 15 more to actually get drinks. Food was warm but not hot. Messed up all the checks twice, one card got charged for all 10 checks and it took a manager to finally figure everything out. Even that took a while. Every server was grossly incompetent and unapologetic, one looked like they were on meth. Ill never go back for any reason, even if the food is free.

Just visited here yesterday, and visit this IHOP now and then at mid-day and even late late nights. The past 4 times have all been solid visits, food has been hot and delicious! However, I was pleased to be waited on by Lamont, who I believe has served me in the past. He was down to earth and had a good sense of humor! Personally left a word with the supervisors, good food and friendly service. Right on!

The food is always good. But, I cant give them more than 3 stars. Your experience has a lot to do with your server. I HATE to walk in and seeing a server sitting customers and hear them talking poorly about the server for that section! Be professional! I dont care what your personal feelings about another server are. You NEVER behave like that. You are setting the tone for that customers experience.

Service was excellent which may have been helped by the fact that it was 11 at night and we were one of two tables in the restaurant however the trainee that was taking care of us was outstanding. There was, however, a funky smell in the front of the restaurant that we had to walk through on the way in and out. Luckily it was localized to that one area and the table was perfectly pleasant.

We stopped going about two years ago then decided to try our local ihop again. I was pleasantly surprised when I came in tonight. The waiter gave polite conversation and was very respectful. Our food was super yummy no complaints. I have to say is the best service and food quality wise that i have seen in years. Keep up the good momentum. Will be back again. :)

This IHOP outside of the PAX NAS, has some non-standard features. Consistent quality with other IHOP restaurants, but on request they will do waffle House style hash browns! I had my standard of onions, peppers and cheese. So good. If speed had been just a few minutes quicker I would have made it a 5 star just for the hash browns.$ good value.

As soon as you walk in all you smell is pure poo. The food is not at all how described on the menu and I didnt realize I had to ask for my food not to be over cooked / burnt. I felt like everything was just watered down . Disgusting , would not recommend coming here at all . Service however was pretty good.

Had avoided IHOP for a long time due to a series of visits with bad food and worse service. However, the last visit we made was very pleasant. Service was excellent and the food was good, especially for the price. Will definitely be coming back. Keep up the good work!

First off, Josh is amazing! Every time we go there and have him, we have an amazing experience! He is very patient, and his sense of humor is amazing! Our food was cooked as ordered and was delicious! Prompt, courteous service with great food! Will be back!
