Ribs are juicy and the rub they use is truly out of this world. 1 rack is a lot and will def. feed 3 people. I love sauce on the side or even on my ribs but the rub on these is so great you truly dont even care about the sauce.

Was at the Tiki Bar last week for the tornado warning and went through an amazing rain storm, the only place open was The Grill Sgt. I ate the pork sandwich......excellent!!!!!!!
