I would like to start off with saying I have several years in the service industry. Both as a team member and a manager. I have never been treated nor treated someone with the disrespect I received from the Jefferson location. My husband and I received a mailer with the menu on it and were really excited to try something new. We moved to the area about 2 weeks ago from California. We decided to place an order online and see if we had found a new favorite spot. About 30 minutes later a driver showed up at our door with the wrong order and had to contact the other driver to have them switched. An hour after placing our order, we finally received it. Both my husbands order and my own were very cold. I contacted the store and spoke with several peoples explaining what was going on. Finally I was told that they could not refund our order or send out a new order due to the fact it was late. I was told that next time we called in, our orders would be covered as long as they were both under $10. I was really upset thinking I would never even call to order something again after sitting on hold for a very long time and having managers speak to me with attitude as if it was my fault the food was cold. Today we decided to give it another try and after calling in and placing our order, I thought everything would be ok at this point. Then I got a call back from the location saying that the manger was only going to approve taking $10 off the whole order. That was not what I was told and that was not what was put on the receipt in the store. I am just amazed how the manager was talking to me and then turned around and went back on what I was told when my order was messed up the first time. And to top it all off, not one person apologized for anything. I am beyond upset at this point. How can you have people in that position running your stores and allow them to push away new customers. I will NOT be ordering from this company again until something is done about this. And I hate to say this, but I will also be giving negative reviews. Worst customer service I have EVER received.

I usually dont write reviews...I hide from them and surveys. However, when one has an experience of a food delivery that was so perfect in every way ...one must give props. First the ordering was online and was extremely user friendly. I didnt have to talk on the phone and worry about someone messing up the order because my accent or dialect sounded like I said something else. Second, I was notified all throughout the process from ordering to delivery...even given an estimate on the exact delivery time!! Which is helpful because my Pomeranian hears everything outside and is sure there is a tribe of people waiting to attack us. His name is Phoenix and he is a little vicious...or so he thinks. I was able to take him outside so his anxiety wouldnt cause a scene during the delivery exchange. Third and my favorite moment....the food was Amazing! Hot and deliscious!! I ordered the Chicken Parmesan and let me tell you that cutlet with the sauce and noodles...such a joy! I could only eat half because I got full but I noticed there was two cutlets ...instant smile! Ill get to enjoy this again tomorrow! Also kudos for making homemade ranch dressing that came with my salad! Deliscious!

I frequently order from the jefferson location and have always been pleased with the quality and fast delivery. However Tuesday night I placed a delivery order and it took over an hour for the food to arrive. I called to see if the driver had left yet and I was put on hold for about five minutes the was giving no apology for the delay and that it would be here soon When it finally did the salads were all very hot and the Cesar was not made how it was every other time I have ordered it. Both pasta dishes were not consistent with my past order either. The sauce on one was lumpy and seemed like it was not even cooked. The stuffed shells where so over cooked and the cheese was so burned it made almost everything we ordered uneatable. I would never complain over minor mistakes I understand but needless to say my experience Tuesday night will definitely have me thinking twice before choosing that restaurant again. Also the website would not allow me to leave any feedback all I got was return emails saying the messages were unable to be delivered.

The food is great and the delivery drivers are always so courteous. The problem is that 1 of every 5 orders shows up late (like 30+ minutes) and we always order at least 1.5 hours ahead. Nobody ever offers an explanation, just "sorry" and never does anything like give you a discount on your next order. The poor delivery drivers always apologize even when none of it was their fault (we live 5 minutes away). We also had an order wrong once and when the manager made ti wrong a second time he said it was our fault. He didnt care that it was a reorder online of something theyd made correctly twice before. When I tried to explain how to read his own order he got mad but finally made it right once I offered to come up there and do it for him (guess he didnt want to meet). I eventually got a 20% discount out of him as well. By the time it was all over it was 3 hours after I had originally wanted the pizza. Food is great but service could suck depending on the Manger that night.

The food is pretty good. Most of the time, I order the meals online and have them delivered. The meals always arrive accurate, hot and ready to enjoy. I usually order the Buffalo wings, that always arrived hot and cooked well. Ive also add a Tossed salad. The vegetables are usually fresh and crispy. Pizza is a favorite household meal from Sunrise (which is very good). My teen-age son enjoyed their Tuna and Chicken salad subs. .Some of the deserts are pretty tasty. The cheese cake always tasted fresh. However, the only thing that is preventing me from giving Sunrise four stars is because the carrot cake always have this strange taste that it was stored in a refrigerator un-covered or not properly sealed for storage. But it has been almost a year since Ive ordered the carrot cake. Now that their menu states that theyre "completely under new management", I will order the carrot cake the next time I order food. Other than the cake, the food is delicious.

Absolutely disgusting!! I will never order from this place again. It took an hour and 15 minutes to get to my home and by the time it got here everything was freezing cold, soggy, and not made right. I had to put my kids pizza in the oven to reheat it. Their items are made with the cheapest frozen crap products they could find I think. If you want a sub, go to Subway...youll save yourself a headache with these people! Any type of pizza youd be much better off with going to a large chain. Beware too, when we complained to the manager he had a personal little hissy fit, even screaming at his employees! Very unprofessional! From one business owner to another - Get it together guy! Run far far away from this place!
