My wife and I have been going to Fridays for most of our lives. When my wife was pregnant she made me get take out for her once a week. yester day night was the the first time out to eat after my wife had surgery. My wife is a 2 time cancer survivor she had over 200 spinal taps in her life and in the last year has over 5 surgery’s from back disc repair to just this week her gallbladder removed. All my wife wanted to do for her first trip out of the house was going to Fridays with our little 2 year old. I fight for parking, and carried my now heavy little guy across the parking lot. When we walked in to the Fridays we where greeted by 3 staff members. I asked 2 adults and our little boy, the person I spoke with I think her name was Mandie, said that would be great. Than she asked me if we need a booster or a high chair, we said high chair she let us know that should could not seat us in a both. I explained my wife just had surgery and that she is disabled and really needs to sit in a both. See whats strange to me is that we have been going to that Fridays for a long time now and have never had some one say that two us before. If thats the role fine its ok I request a half both. Mandie and her other associates spoke very rude in there voice and said there was no way that we should have ever been sat that way. After the fact that we said a half both would be ok. My wife pointed out the both we always sit in and we where told by the 3 staff members, that at this time where gaging up on us, that if some one put us in that both since it was close to the kitchen they would have been doing some thing very stupid and unsafe. What got me upset is the 3 of them did not show any compassion to some one who is disabled. Rather than just say “I understand, I wish that wasnt the role but this where we can seat you” Mandie spoke down to my wife and I implying that we where not telling her the truth. I told her right there I did not appreciate the sarcasm in her tone of voice. She said back to me “I am gnarly a good person” I don’t the best practice of any business is to make your clients feel like crap before they are even siting down. If I talked to my clients like that our did not show compassion in my voice I wouldn’t have clients. I was upset that even when I said some thing to her she did not say try to apologize. And yes other people in the restraint look discussed. I told her I rather just leave than eat here. Just because some one is not in a wheel chair dose not mean they are not disabled. I called back a half a hour later and spoke with the shift lead, I request a call back from the store manager. I just don’t think thats right when your customers where more than willing to sit some where other than request just to argue with a customer. I don’t pay money to feel like some ones just being a jerk.

August 2017: Im updating my original review from 2015 as there seems to have been some improvements over time at Annapolis TGI Fridays. In the past there were some issues with service confusion and noise levels in the dining area but it seems theyve straightened things out here and the dining experience has been consistently good overall. Fridays as a whole does seem to rotate their menu every few months...not a complete overhaul, but some dishes may get replaced, some may just get tweaked, and so on. This hasnt proven too catastrophic although they have changed the Jack Daniels burger which is the item my girlfriend regularly orders. She now has to "special order" it because she does not like the standard offering now. Service is definitely better now. Things seem to be straightened out, servers know where there tables are, etc. If you have the pleasure of getting a table in Eddies area, he is the man! He will get your order right every time, going only by memory. The noise levels are more acceptable...the overhead music is at a normal level and the only ambient noise comes from other diners. Otherwise, like stated previously, this is your typical chain restaurant with decent food.

I Didnt Like Nothing bout it. I went there with friends and family for my birthday. They sat us in the bar area which was fine. But then wouldnt serve me a drink because I had 10 more min b4 I turn 21. The lady that served us was ok. I had to go ask for napkins. Like really! My family that did ask for drinks did get there drinks. But after maybe 10 mins or so the lady that served us. Told us she couldnt serve Us no more drinks. Cuz we was to loud. Its a bar WHAT THE HELL U EXPECT PPL TO DO. We ask for our bill. The lady slimmed our bill nd said I cant take this. All cuz we said she wasnt getting her a tip. Who would when u one told us no more drinks. Nd got half our orders wrong Nd slimmed our bill on table. This is the 6th time I heard that TGIF Has treated PPL. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN FOR NOTHING I MEAN THAT!

This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. We were there for an hour and a half... 5 minutes waiting for a table 1 hours and 25 minutes waiting for food. We waited 20 minutes just to get waited on for them to take our drink and food orders and another 15 to get our appetizers.. after that like 25 minutes to get our dinner which when we got it was cold, inedible, and my mothers burger was dry and my "sizzling" entre was anything but sizzling it was burnt on the bottom and luke warm. THEN the manager had the audacity to ask us if we wanted them to make us new food... I feel like the obvious answer to that problem is YES we came here and we ordered food obviously we want to eat it. We waited another 10 minutes for the repeat meal which was mediocre at best.

I went after receiving a coupon, never had been before but the commercials looked nice. Upon arrival there was a waitress who didnt greet us just told us to follow her. The table and silverware were dirty. The food took a long time to come while we were waiting the staff was sitting at a table across from our talking and playing around. the food was cold and disgusting, and when I told the waitress we had a coupon she rolled her eyes and didnt credit it to the bill. All around mess.

Worst Fridays I have ever been to and I go to one in every city I visit. Sat us next a loud obnoxious party even though we had a toddler. Food was late apps came last and service was a joke. No consideration when we came in even though we were the only ones waiting. Hostess services and general atmosphere were the worst I have ever seen at a Fridays. Waitress if she was not new she was lost. I will not be going back to this Fridays ever again even though I live close by.
